A Nice Retreat and Excellent place to enjoy Kona.
This beautiful and well equipped home awaits you! Granite counters, tile floors and a wonderful king size bed are great, but you were drawn here to be on the ocean. Relax on the lanai as the ocean breeze refreshes you. Watch and listen as the surf splashes against the seawall. Look out for dolphins, turtles. and, in season, whales.
The condo is well equipped to make your stay here most enjoyable. We are always working on upgrades, so the pictures may not always show the newest upgrades. Cable for high speed internet and the flat screen tv is a must. The kitchen is ready for the chef to prepare their specialties, or maybe you have ordered some take out and dine al fresco watching the sun set over the ocean. Plenty of parking is around and usually steps away from the front door. Ground floor entry, no stairs, is especially welcome by seniors, parents with young children and those with much luggage. There is a grill just outside, at the communal area.
Sea Village is a well designed and maintained complex. Tropical plants and gardens are throughout the property. The pool and spa area are Oceanside in the center of the property. Next to those are the outdoor dining area with gas grills. A great place to gather and meet new friends. At the entrance to Sea Village is The Green Flash Cafe. This is an amazing place. It is small and everything is made fresh for you.
Kailua Village is less than a mile away. A leisurely 20-30 minute walk, if you are so inclined, or a 3 minute drive. There is lots of free parking behind the many shops and restaurants. You can also catch the Kona Trolley. The nearest stop is just feet away from the complex.

Very nice condo in a large complex approx 1 mile from downtown Kona. Very easy parking and keyless entry.excellent view of the ocean and sunset from the Lanai. Very well stocked kitchen with included washer and dryer. Portable AC in LR was a plus but did not cool the bedroom much. However there were many fans that helped with sleeping. TV access was difficult despite following the direction. Overall an excellent stay. We wouldnโt hesitate to stay again

Good location not too far from Kona town. We used the grill on property for a few meals. Easy parking and access. Property clean; good for two people.
The lanai shades do not work; the pole to operate the shade is rusted/broken. Also, the shade itself is rusted and will not roll at all. Would have been nice to use the shades in the afternoon when the sun/heat is an issue.
Nice beach gear to use! Chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear. Makes your beach visits even better.

Let me start off by saying that Courtney the owner is so nice and made the stay excellent. She is super responsive and helped with my special requests.
The property is amazing has a great balcony and view of the ocean, great pool and hot tub and a fully stocked closet of snorkels and boogie boards chairs and umbrellas.
The kitchen bedroom and pull out bed were excellent and there was sunscreen and toiletries available in the closet by the bathroom.
Iโm going to stay here every time I go to Hawaii thanks Courtney!!!

The photos did not lie: the balcony is literally steps away from the water and a joy to enjoy. The condoโs are friendly, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Everything about this property was great...great view, well equipped kitchen, modern...and on the ground floor so no stairs. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the lanai, looking at the view both day and night when we weren't out and about. Would definitely book again next time we come to the big island.

This VRBO is exactly as the pictures show - beautiful views and all the necessities. I really liked how easy it was to park and just walk into the condo. One tiny step up, but not lugging luggage up and down stairs. The balcony is the real stunner here and it will give you beautiful sunset views and all day gorgeous ocean views. The AC is in the living room, so it does get a bit stuffy in the bedroom, but not bad. We ended up walking downtown to Kona because it was only 17m and seemed easier than driving and finding/paying for parking. Really enjoyed our stay!
