A Nice Retreat and Excellent place to enjoy Kona.
This beautiful and well equipped home awaits you! Granite counters, tile floors and a wonderful king size bed are great, but you were drawn here to be on the ocean. Relax on the lanai as the ocean breeze refreshes you. Watch and listen as the surf splashes against the seawall. Look out for dolphins, turtles. and, in season, whales.
The condo is well equipped to make your stay here most enjoyable. We are always working on upgrades, so the pictures may not always show the newest upgrades. Cable for high speed internet and the flat screen tv is a must. The kitchen is ready for the chef to prepare their specialties, or maybe you have ordered some take out and dine al fresco watching the sun set over the ocean. Plenty of parking is around and usually steps away from the front door. Ground floor entry, no stairs, is especially welcome by seniors, parents with young children and those with much luggage. There is a grill just outside, at the communal area.
Sea Village is a well designed and maintained complex. Tropical plants and gardens are throughout the property. The pool and spa area are Oceanside in the center of the property. Next to those are the outdoor dining area with gas grills. A great place to gather and meet new friends. At the entrance to Sea Village is The Green Flash Cafe. This is an amazing place. It is small and everything is made fresh for you.
Kailua Village is less than a mile away. A leisurely 20-30 minute walk, if you are so inclined, or a 3 minute drive. There is lots of free parking behind the many shops and restaurants. You can also catch the Kona Trolley. The nearest stop is just feet away from the complex.

Everything about this property was great...great view, well equipped kitchen, modern...and on the ground floor so no stairs. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the lanai, looking at the view both day and night when we weren't out and about. Would definitely book again next time we come to the big island.

This VRBO is exactly as the pictures show - beautiful views and all the necessities. I really liked how easy it was to park and just walk into the condo. One tiny step up, but not lugging luggage up and down stairs. The balcony is the real stunner here and it will give you beautiful sunset views and all day gorgeous ocean views. The AC is in the living room, so it does get a bit stuffy in the bedroom, but not bad. We ended up walking downtown to Kona because it was only 17m and seemed easier than driving and finding/paying for parking. Really enjoyed our stay!

What a cute place with a casual Hawaiian vibe! We loved sunsets on the lanai! The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you need to prepare a meal, and there were lots of little amenities in the linen closet to make this feel like a “home away from home”. I’m guessing other guests leave some items they bought, and we did as well, like partial case of water, sunscreen, etc. We had a wonderful week in Paradise! Can’t wait to come back!

Walked into this wonderful condo. The view of the ocean from the large sliding doors from the living room to the balcony was just beautiful. The balcony is a peaceful place to have breakfast/coffee or even dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax when not on an excursion somewhere. My only “complaint” is that even with fans the bedroom was still a little warm for us, but I get that temperature is a personal preference. The main living area cools very nicely with the ac unit. Owner was great with timely communication about check in and expectations for leaving the unit was not a crazy list of to dos, very reasonable! Everything we needed was at the unit (we had our own toiletries but we noticed a lot of things already there in the linen closet). Thank you for helping to make our 20th anniversary trip to Hawaii one not to be forgotten! Mahalo!
