The checkin was a bit difficult because I wasn’t given the code to a lock box which opened the screen door. I only had the code for the keypad. I was with my 8yo so that was a bit frustrating but the Vacasa people was easy to reach and they helped me out. The place is very clean, comfortable and well stocked but they only left two extra toilet paper rolls which felt a bit stingy. They brought more when I complained which was appreciated. The management is very responsive. The unit, as the listing states, has no AC. It was OK but I could see it being hot as summer approaches. The complex is quiet and the pool is very nice Be aware this place is listed for sale, if you book a trip its possible your reservation gets cancelled if the property is sold.

Had a work trip planned to Kona and this was a nice place to stay. Was located just minutes away from the beach, food and entertainment. Will stay here again in the future.

For our quick weekend stay this condo was great. It was very clean, larger than we expected and very updated. Loved the green walls and tropical decor. The heated pool was lovely and we loved the lending library next to it.

My wife and I had stayed in a different unit in this complex previously, this one was by far much more updated and comfortable to stay in. I would highly recommend this spot for your stay. One caution though, the bedroom is on the roadside of the building, so if you’re a light sleeper it may be challenging to sleep in!

Appartement was perfect, clean and easy accessible. Pool and BBQ area really nice. Down side the bedroom is really noisy as it’s right by the street. Bring earplugs to sleep.

My Beautiful wife and I we needed to spend a romantic time and oh boy it was perfect in deed !nice furniture,extremely clean all you need ,close to pool,easy parking,access to downtown, thank you, we definitely consider come back in the near future.

We really enjoyed the stay, ambiance was so great. My wife really liked the amazing and she got so many pictures clicked. Everything was accessible(beaches, restaurants, sunset views, Market Places).

The property was as advertised. It was clean, safe, and in a great location for access to Kailua-Kona and the rest of the island. We had to contact the property management a couple of times over the course of our time here and they were immediately responsive to our requests.

This unit was located somewhat close to Alaii street which can be a busy road so traffic noise in the morning woke me up. Walk to downtown area was about 15-20 minutes. In all, we had a very nice stay.

Our experience was very positive. The unit was spacious enough for two individuals and had a lot of personal touches which we liked. The bedroom was the coolest room in the house which was good as there was nor air conditioning, which we knew up front. There was a lot of car noise though from Ali-I Drive but we live in a city and don’t mind, others might.Excellent was the vast variety of cooking ware and cutlery. We rent a lot of places throughout the year and that was the best we ever experienced, so cooking and eating in the unit was no problem.
