We loved the ease of being able to walk to town within a few minutes, the place could use a bit of upgrades but all and all it was comfortable and well stocked.

The condo is spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and our stay was great. The listing doesn't tell you where the parking spot is though, and it took a call and a few texts to find out (#56, FYI). The parking spot is suitable for a regular-sized vehicle - if your car rental agency sticks you with a large vehicle, be prepared to get creative. Also, I'd recommend that the kitchen knives be sharpened, and some pantry basics be provided - salt & pepper, olive oil. But these are all small things. We'd stay here again - the location is great, the unit was perfectly sized and furnished, and again - spotless.

The condo was a wonderful home base for a month. We walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants every day. Our infant granddaughter enjoyed her first swim in the Pacific Ocean. The unit is quiet, clean, roomy, and cool. It was our 7th Kona visit and best lodging. We would buy it if it was for sale.

I came to race in the Ironman World Championship and stayed here with my wife and my coach. The place was clean and more spacious and cool than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location was perfect.

The location of A Little Aloha was perfect, walking distance to everything. Competed in The Queen Liliuokalani outrigger canoe race and was able to walk to race site.
