The very best hostess! Beautiful condo, awesome location.
This property is VERY noisy! If you are a light sleeper you will not get much rest. The area is good for shopping and fairly close to the beaches but the building is old and the windows don't keep out the noise. In addition, the gym does not open until 8am so no working out early in the morning. Wouldn't stay there again, unless I planned on no sleep!

I was very pleased with my stay and plan to book here again in the future. When I discovered that my chosen hotel had raised their prices plus the added resort fee and overnight parking fees, I decided I needed to find another place to stay. I saved over 80 a night by choosing this delightful Vrbo. The condo is as described and matches the images in the listing. Tidy, bright and clean. The building is secure, all entrances and the garage are only accessible to those staying or living there. The building staff and tenants that I met were sweet. A beautiful rooftop deck with pool, bbq areas, gym and sauna. It's a great location complete with a dedicated parking space. Jasmine responded to my messages immediately. Her directions and instructions for the condo are well written and easy to follow. My stay was for eleven days, I only regret that I was unable to stay longer. The in unit washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus as I did laundry four times during my stay. The bed was comfortable and far superior to the beds I had slept in with previous vacation rentals. The futon/sofa made lounging in the space easy. An excellent and updated kitchen with a full sized fridge. I'm sure this condo will see many repeat customers. I would recommend this space to those traveling alone, a couple, even a couple with a child. The walls are concrete so I never once heard any neighbors. It is a wonderful place to stay.
We spent 11 nights at the condo for a milestone birthday celebration and everything was excellent. Extremely happy with the amenities, very clean, fully stocked, safe and secure, 24-hour security, comfortable bed, nice neighbors. Ideal location and walking distance to the International Market Place, bakery, coffee, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. We will definitely be renting here again. My husband and I came to Oahu mainly to visit my mom, who recently moved to a memory care facility in Honolulu. This apartment was perfect in so many ways. It was clean and comfortable, in an amazing location (with some lovely views, too) - convenient to everything great in the city (food, shopping, beaches) and so close and convenient to everything on the rest of the island. The reserved parking spot that comes with the rental was crucial because we were visiting my mom and exploring the island at all different times of day and night. The space saved incredible amounts of time and money. The building felt very secure, we met some lovely people, and it had some nice amenities, too. Jasmine is a pleasure to work with and was so welcoming and helpful on our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
We had everything we could have needed for an amazing stay and were within walking distance to almost anywhere we could have wanted to go. The parking and laundry on site was amazing as well!
Jasmine has a great property to rent! The location is just a couple of blocks from the beach. Food of any kind was just a block away (you have to check out Liliha Bakery!). I did say easy parking, but as Jasmine told us, your car has to be pretty small, it's very tight. I would have said it was quiet, but the street next to the canal was like a race strip in the evening and very loud, but that's not Jasmine's fault. Jasmine is a super communicator, answered all my questions immediately. If and when I'm back in Waikiki I'll definitely stay here.
The apartment was great! Having access to a kitchen and laundry was so convenient for our 10 day stay over the holidays. The location was excellent. Super clean and plenty of amenities.
All in all, this is a great little place in a really wonderful location in Waikiki. It’s clean, well-designed, and functional, and the property manager is very responsive. The one star deduction has to do with a few things that could be improved: in the kitchen, which is already small, most of the cabinets are locked for “housekeeping.” This makes it very difficult to get to dishes, cups, and glasses, which are all crammed into one cabinet below the counter, and leaves no room to put any food away that you buy. The other issue is the futon couch - while it does fold out to a double bed, the back of the couch has a split cushion which makes half the double bed very uncomfortable. It might be fine for two small children, but not so much for two adults or grown teenagers. One should be aware that this apartment is in a noisy city with trash trucks almost every morning - highly recommended is a white noise maker or app on your phone. Not sure how any place in Waikiki gets away from the noise, so that’s not a deficiency with this particular apartment.
We were here for my daughter's wedding and we needed to stay somewhere central. The location was perfect! Amazing view of the mountains and the canal. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The only issue I had was the neighborhood - garbage was being collected at 4am and the noise always wake us up. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable and Jasmine was always so responsive when we have questions.
Very enjoyable. Saw lots of sights a luau Whale watching and the Polynesian culture center. It was wonderful
Great host with excellent communication! The place is nice, clean and easy to get to. It's a block away from the downtown waikiki area with plenty of food and shopping options all in walking distance. The whole setup of the place is great and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!
The building the condo is in is great. I wouldn’t recommend this suite. The door code wasn’t changed so at 11 at night had to call property owner 6 times to get in. There was only 1 fob for door and elevator we had to keep figuring out how to get in or contact each other if we weren’t together. The room itself was great but those are 2 huge things.
The condo was as detailed. Jasmine was very responsive. The location to the International Marketplace was convenient for eating and walking through to the beach. The parking garage was a nice bonus. Only a few negatives - no view, construction noise from the ongoing renovation of the building located on the window side of condo/bedroom, futon was very uncomfortable, mattress was a bit too firm, no dish towels, dish rags or papertowels. We only had two bath towels. Jasmine did offer to have housekeeping bring over additional towels. We decided with the inside laundry we would make do. We felt very safe walking to everything nearby. 444 Nahua has a great security system.
Had a wonderful stay. Needed a little better cleaning and ac in the room but in general everything was perfect.
