Family Tides is a wonderful large single level 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. With two ohana (family) suites this home is the perfect retreat for large groups staying in the beautiful new Ainamalu community.

This home includes FREE access to the Hilton Amenity Pool Program for each day of your trip. This allows access to the largest pool complex with waterslides on the Big Island of Hawaii for up to 12 people. There is no cost to guests and parking is included. Enjoy the comfort of this 5 BR home with large private back yard, covered lanai, gourmet kitchen and sunset views while enjoying the resort pools.

The house was perfect for our 4 adult children and their significant others. The Hilton property is beautiful. Definitely need a car to go anywhere

We had 10 adults and a 9 year old. House was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area for grilling and relaxing between adventures. House was well equipped with beach towels/chairs, etc. 10 out of 10

Just wanted to thank property management and host for giving us such a great time and experience for my family and I. Home was perfect in every way. Plenty of space and house was clean and beautiful. Had plenty of everything. They have bikes, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs ,umbrellas etc…. Just had it all I was impressed with everything we had without having to rent. The passes for the Hilton village made our trip. The snorkeling in the lagoon was beautiful we swam with 3 turtles. Great to have these passes my family enjoyed the pool everyday. Thank you guys for help make my dream family vacation the best. Definitely will be back

A little slice of paradise. House was beautiful and perfect for our 12 family members. Location was perfect for our situation. Kitchen could not have been better equipped to support our large family. Having access to the Hilton facilities was really appreciated and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Only issue was with automated blinds in rooms. Several were inoperative and one actually fell to ground. Otherwise, the stay will be remembered by all as a most enjoyable vacation.

Very beautiful place! I pictured it a little different though, I thought the picture showed the 2 separate rooms would be in the rear and elevated off the ground. Bathroom counters are very high especially for our little ones. Would have been nice to have a few more children friendly plates and bowls. Nice to have access to the pool, but was quite a journey with little ones.
