NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 12 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 12 people.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor furnishings. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 8 people at the indoor and 10 at the outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large UltraHD 4K TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The main living area is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watching the game or a movie.

A beautiful, well appointed home for a family vacation. Everything we needed and more was provided to allow us to cook, eat, and enjoy the beaches together. The layout worked perfectly for our different family members. Look forward to coming back sometime soon.

It was a great place for 4 families and 3 small children. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone was able to have their own space. We loved how quick it was to get to Hapuna beach. Overall it has been a wonderful week.

Perfect for a large family/group. Beautiful property and plenty of space to spread out. The lanai was perfect for family meals and gatherings. We loved seeing the goats on the golf course and around the property. The sprinklers come on at odd times, 6pm in the evening, while enjoying pupu's and cocktails on the lanai and at 6am, while enjoying the sunrise and coffee.(It caught us off guard a couple of times) It does list the property as wheelchair friendly,which it is, however there were no handrails in the shower or bathroom area, which would have been very helpful.

We had 10 adults and a 9 year old. House was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area for grilling and relaxing between adventures. House was well equipped with beach towels/chairs, etc. 10 out of 10

Just wanted to thank property management and host for giving us such a great time and experience for my family and I. Home was perfect in every way. Plenty of space and house was clean and beautiful. Had plenty of everything. They have bikes, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs ,umbrellas etc…. Just had it all I was impressed with everything we had without having to rent. The passes for the Hilton village made our trip. The snorkeling in the lagoon was beautiful we swam with 3 turtles. Great to have these passes my family enjoyed the pool everyday. Thank you guys for help make my dream family vacation the best. Definitely will be back

A little slice of paradise. House was beautiful and perfect for our 12 family members. Location was perfect for our situation. Kitchen could not have been better equipped to support our large family. Having access to the Hilton facilities was really appreciated and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Only issue was with automated blinds in rooms. Several were inoperative and one actually fell to ground. Otherwise, the stay will be remembered by all as a most enjoyable vacation.

Very beautiful place! I pictured it a little different though, I thought the picture showed the 2 separate rooms would be in the rear and elevated off the ground.
Bathroom counters are very high especially for our little ones. Would have been nice to have a few more children friendly plates and bowls.
Nice to have access to the pool, but was quite a journey with little ones.
