You will love the spectacular views from this luxury one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
We refer to it as “Aloha Kai Nani”, or “love the beautiful sea”.

Mahana 1014 has been remodeled. Highlights include a new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

The comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet sunset dinner, along with all the table settings and linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. There are two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella for your use during your stay.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. There are two barbecue areas for your use, one by the pool and one in a garden setting.

Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Groceries, equipment rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five-minute walk away.

You can get easily get by without a rental car with shopping and restaurants so close by, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

This condo is best suited for two people. If you have more people, or you need another condo for extended family, please ask.

The condo is just as advertised, absolutely stunning view with all the amenities. Cozy and spacious, loved watching the turtles from the lanai everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo did not fall short of what is listed! We had a spectacular view and plenty of room for 2. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host Sandy was very communicative and very accommodating, as so was the owner. Our trip was very relaxing and our stay was nothing but amazing.

OMGoodness. This condo was amazing. The location, the view, the sunsets, the bed, the couch, the patio, the Tommy Bahama umbrella and chairs that were provided. Everything was perfection. Seriously, I’ve been to Hawaii 8 times now and this is my favorite condo, by far. Sandy is amazing to work with. We were the first to stay since the fires and everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much. We will def be staying here again!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Plenty of space for two with all the essentials needed. The location was great for all of the amazing restaurants in nearby Lahaina. The view is breath-taking. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

The unit was absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views, and it was if you were sitting in a boat on the water, looking out over the ocean. Very well equipped, with high end appliances, and kitchen needs. Lots of dining and shopping close by. There is a food truck lot within walking distance that offers a variety of options. I have definitely make a record of this unit, and will be re-booking for future visits to the island. Sandy, was very responsive, whenever I had a question.

We loved this place! We spent several days here and the day always began with breakfast and a good book on the lanai, watching the Pacific waves roll in. Our 10th floor perch gave us a beautiful perspective of the ocean panorama up and down Kaanapali beach. People walking the beach directly below and surfers and boats out on the water entertained us. The evening sun set in the distance lit up our later afternoons and evenings. The spacious bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling picture window and screen that forms the back wall of the lanai … what a great way to go to sleep with the sound of Pacific waves, then throw open the shades to welcome the day. The kitchen had everything you’d need and even some pleasant surprises as previous renters had apparently left some supplies behind for the next guest. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie board were there for borrowing (though I think the umbrella was missing the gizmo that screws into the ground, making it difficult to keep upright on a windy beach). The unit was nicely decorated and squeeky-clean. We liked it so much we booked it again to come back this winter for whale-watching from the lanai.

This property BY FAR exceeded our expectations. We stayed at a hotel before this, and wish we had skipped there and just stayed at the condo. The host was amazing to work with, and even followed up once we checked in to make sure everything was good to go. We will definitely look into staying with them again when coming back to Maui. I would give 100 stars if at all possible!!
