Staying oceanfront is a must for us and we were not disappointed! The ocean view is incredible, water is clear and blue, sunsets are gorgeous. Free from road noise, the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Daily we watched kayaks, canoes, boats even seeing dolphins from the linai twice. The bed was comfortable, property is clean and well stocked for home meals and day excursions. We were comfortable without air conditioning (in the ocean side room) with the windows open and the ocean breeze flowing through. We loved the expansive linai of the end unit and the privacy of the top floor. Would stay here again.

Well appointed 2Bd/2Bath with unbeatable, amazing views! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, and Queen bed enjoyed the sounds of ocean waves. No A/C but provided several floor fans that helped on warmer nights. If you don't mind leaving all the bedroom doors open, the breezes travel through throughout the unit creating a very pleasant temperature in the evenings. Owners had beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards for outings at the nearby beaches. Closest swimmable location is Kahalu'u beach about 2 mins up the road. Complex has 3 on-site tennis courts (2 adapted for pickleball) and the large pool was refreshing. The grounds are immaculately kept.Oceanfront location was perfect, distance (walkable) to nearby shopping center, and easy travel to south Kona sight-seeing. Only issue was no screen on the bedroom window due to "the building settling", so we couldn't keep it open w/o bugs entering the room. Overall it wasn't a big issue but one KKSRC should resolve. We would definitely stay here again for the oceanfront views! Highly recommend.

So much ohana here. Incredible view and giant deck to hangout on and dine alfresco. Really nice decor with some great upgrades kitchen, baths, etc. ceiling fans in all the rooms. Just a great place to be.
We love staying at these condos. They are in the perfect location. Grounds are beautiful and pool is great. We love to get right out n the water and this place was that. The high surf rocked us all night and even the building shook a bit. That is not normal to have such high surf but we loved it. Being on the water gives maintenance quite the challenges. The patio doors and screens are a little rough to open and close. The one window next to the bed off the living room would have been nice to have had a screen and opened at night for air flow. Note that the bedroom closet to the water only had a queen, we typically get a king in that room. The king bed is in the bedroom facing the parking lot. Just a heads up if you’re looking for the king next to the water. The king was really comfortable and that room had windows to open so was very cool in the night which we like. And it had a ceiling fan in that room too. There were lots of fans in allThe rooms making it stay pretty nice without air conditioning if you open it up and let the trade winds blow through, The smart tv worked great and the furniture was very comfortable.
Checkin process at site - somewhat difficult to find the mail box to complete checkin.
Screen/sliding doors - they really easily derailed..
This was a great place in a great location. It was the most well stocked condo ever...like a home. There was even first aid stuff under the sink. Highly recommend but keep in mind no AC and it was hot in Sepr. There were 5 fans, which helped greatly. I would visit again at cooler time of year.

We loved the condo. The view was unbeatable and it was spacious and clean. I didn’t realize there wasn’t A/C when booking, but the fans and open windows helped at night.
We were in LOVE with our accommodations and it was even better than advertised. An amazing patio overlooking the ocean was an amazing oasis for breakfast in the morning, gorgeous sunsets before heading out for dinner and waves crashing at night. There was plenty of space for two different couples staying here. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We walked to the store in the mornings, took a dip in the pool at night and even snuck in some pickleball. We would sooooo STAY HERE AGAIN!!
This location has an amazing view of the ocean. The corner lanai is hard to beat. After a long day exploring the island, coming back to the ocean breeze flowing through the unit is refreshing. Hoping that we can come back to this location in the future!

Excellent lanai for watching sunsets, whales or just general relaxation. The grounds are very well kept and the pool was nice (not heated so only could use it on the warmest days). The home has vaulted ceilings which gives it a spacious feeling. I give it a three star due to it being completely carpeted with light carpet, light furniture and the screens opening and closing hit or miss. The toaster was half broken, the TP holder falling off cabinet, loose tiles in the kitchen and notes on the slider to not open a screen in the bedroom. I understand ocean front there are always going to be issues however I would have expected a slider to work and not having things falling apart for the price point and expectation of 5 star.

We enjoyed our stay here. You are definitely paying for the view which is amazing! The condo is clean but could definitely use some new carpets and a more comfortable bed. Loved the well stocked kitchen and the beach towels and chairs to use. We really enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk to the beach.
