To help with energy costs, there is a 6-hour spring timer on the Air Conditioning.
The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort is an upscale condominium complex only 20 minutes north of the Kona airport on the west coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Here you can enjoy a resort experience with a short walk to one of the Big Island's best white sands beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shores is a beautifully landscaped property with five Koi ponds, waterfalls, an elevator, visitor parking, several gas BBQ's, a well-maintained swimming pool, jetted spa, two tennis courts, and an air-conditioned exercise room.
Nearby, Anaehoomalu Bay, commonly known as “A-Bay” is a great swimming beach, protected by a reef, covered in white sand and dotted with palm trees. This beach is ideal for snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, outrigger canoeing and scuba diving. Rent beach toys, ride a glass bottom boat, paddle an outrigger canoe or book a catamaran cruise. Walk to the historic Hawaiian fish ponds along the King's Trail and discover ancient Hawaiian lava rock carvings. Feel the sand on your feet as you dine right on the beach at the Lava Lava Beach club. Shopping, grocery, drug store and restaurants available at the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace. Waikoloa Beach Resort is home of Hawaii's Premiere 27 hole golf experience, comprised of Beach Nine, Lakes Nine and Kings' Nine courses.

Wonderful condo, nicely furnished and very comfortable, perfect for two. Great base for cycling and beach. A-Bay nice, but Hapuna worth the short drive. Lava Lava Beach Club is walking distance, and fabulous!

Wonderful condo with well shaded lanai. Kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. Everything is in great condition. This condo is well cared for. The Shores is a great location with easy access to restaurants, stores, etc.

My wife and I rented this recently renovated 2nd fl 1 BR corner unit with a huge lanai in late January. The unit was well appointed with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay (including beach gear - snorkels, masks, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella). The unite was very clean. Good location in the Waikoloa beach area; easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach (10 mins or so). Go and enjoy!

This home was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like beach chairs and snorkel gear. The property manager was responsive and helpful, calling us upon arrival and bringing us more bath towels. The community was well-maintained and centrally located within a larger resort community with quick access to A-Bay beach, restaurants, shops & more. We'd recommend and we'll return!

Beautiful property with close access to dining at tropics with a great happy hour. Also, just down the street from one of the best Sunset locations in the village. Condo is in great shape and had all we needed to have a great time at the beach available. Great communication from Kona vacations. Also loved the giant television!

Great condo for our week in Hawaii. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and felt like home. Complex itself was pretty quiet which was nice. Complex is located near walking trails, shops, and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Amenities were very accurate and the condo itself was better than advertised. My partner and I were very happy with every aspect of the accommodations.
Local customer service was very helpful when we reached out with numerous requests and always found a very quick solution to our needs. Highly recommend this vacation stay!
