Nice well appointed unit. Nice property (private beach, pools, restaurant/bar). regrading the path to the beach, its a short walk on a paved path however part are somewhat steep, one must be ambulatory or call the desk and they will send a cart for transportation. Friendly staff. Resort fee. 45 minute delay with check-in.. Apparently there is a recurring issue with Vacasa not inputing the reservation into the resort property system. Phone response was non-exisitent (leave a message). The resort manager had to reach out to local contacts.

The condo was great and as advertised. The only thing is that there is a resort fee and parking fee in addition to the price you pay for the condo. Maybe it was in the agreement somewhere and I missed it. In any case you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.
Condo location perfect, right by path that leads to beach, great room sizes, amazing views. However told management company (unit was owned by private owner, so resort could not help us) coffee pot did not work, couch sectional was heavily stained and when I went to flip over cushions there was so much food in couch, said they would send someone out to fix. Patio furniture covered with bird droppings. Took 4 days just to get coffee pot and no cleaning crew sent ever to address anything else by Vacasa. Wooden bench in shower moldy. But enjoyed the balcony views. All of HBR is amazing.
Great location, well stocked with kitchen and bath ammenities. Tennis facilities with pro available for lessons or group play. The only thing you need to bring is food and sunscreen.
Great Condo awesome view, great property
Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend renting this property. The only problem we had was with checking in, according to check in they did not have our reservation. Vacasa was very helpful and responsive in clearing things up with front desk.

We had a marvelous stay at this clean, well-appointed condo in this beautiful resort. The pictures don’t lie….the view really is that gorgeous from the lanai!
Loved waking up to the mountain views everyday! And a close drive to Hanalei bay and other north shore locations. Would gladly stay here again.
We really enjoyed staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort. The condo is located right next to the path down to the beach and has a gorgeous sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the mountains. Highly recommend it!
Loved this place. Soooo beautiful. It is on a resort and lovely gardens. The Happy Talk restaurant is amazing! The pizza place was not well run and had limited seating.
We stayed at this resort last April in a different room, loved the location, resort and staff. We found this room on VRBO for our recent stay, and booked it. Amazing Views, very nicely appointed Kitchen, stylish and comfortable furniture, the decor was wonderful as well. Slept well, bed was perfect. Nice to have ac and a washer and dryer. Even the bellman who helped with the luggage said WOW when he walked in. Would stay again in this condo. Property management was very responsive on check in and booking procedures.
