    You'll take 1 set of stairs down to the Ground Level from the parking area and when you enter into Unit#B-107, there's a spacious living room with a plenty of seating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need!

    The Master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom , King Sized Bed, walk in closet , nicely remodeled vanity sink and a large walk in remodeled shower!

    The Guest bedroom hosts a Queen Sized Bed It does have it's own Guest bathroom with a walk in shower as well! The property is equipped with it's own full size washer & dryer!

    Easy all around. We never saw the property manager just filled out paper and put it in slot. Our son lives here so stayed over a couple of times. We enjoyed the people here and the pool. Found a way out to our car without using stairs.

    Our stay was great. Clear directions on how to find the unit and enter. Looks just as the photos show. It was a great property to stay at and be comfortable for a small family or friends while enjoying Kona!

    Great location. Quiet. And plenty of space, two rooms with separate bathrooms. The only thing was the pool was closed and then stairs too but it didn’t damper our stay. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
