The home in Puamana was everything our family had hoped. Clean, well appointed, great neighborhood and close to the beach and Lahaina! We would definitely love to stay here again!!

The unit is nicely furnished and recently remodeled and pretty well equipped with everything you would need for your stay and if you’re a chef, you would love the kitchen and be a dream come true
The property was a beautiful condo really close to the beach. Lovely sunsets. Very close to downtown Lahaina.
We enjoyed our stay at the property and the management team was very engaged and helpful throughout the week. Honestly, probably the most attentive VRBO mgt team we have had.
Pluses: kitchen was well set up for cooking and dining. Pullout sofa was really comfortable so three beds is accurate. Updates are modern and comfortable.
Would modify: property isn’t quite on ocean (it’s near, but there is a row of properties kind of in front of it), and two of four patio doors do not open as shown online. Not a big deal, but picture and description should more accurately portray situation. Pools are older. At the price point we set our expectations a bit higher.
All in all, it’s a nice place and location. If you’re keen to be near the ocean I would recommend it. If you are happy to drive to a beach then you may be more comfortable at a newer place and lower price point.
While we had a perfectly OK stay, we were surprised and disappointed with some aspects of the unit. In particular, the ads show doors that open completely onto the lanai creating a full indoor/outdoor living space. This was a primary reason we chose this unit. When we arrived, we found that the owners had disabled the ability to open the doors fully. Instead two doors --instead of a wall of doors -- open to the lanai. I feel that we were misled in how the owners advertise the unit.
The property has everything but your swimsuit (except maybe my hubby’s. He may have left them). Extremely well equipped and organized kitchen. Robes in the bathrooms and beach towels were a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the night light sensor in the bathrooms. Both lanais had ocean views. Comfortable beds. A few suggestions: increase Wi-Fi bandwidth. Connectivity was inconsistent. Check electricity. Two hairdryers in use at same time popped the fuse in both bathrooms. Emergency contact assisted quickly to locate fuse board by front door. Handles to completely open lanai doors were missing. A big selling point per listing pics. Overall we found the property to be excellent!

My family had its best holiday experience in years. Hawaii is heavenly and we enjoyed the sun, the sunrises and sunsets, strolling along the beautiful beaches, and the food and sites in nearby Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua.Our home base at Puamana was a huge part of our great holiday. Our accommodation was roomy, clean, well decorated, and the views of the ocean and the ample grass areas, pools, and playground were perfect for our kids. We anticipate an annual holiday stay with the same unit for years in the forseeable future!
