Welcome to the garden view retreat of Pali Ke Kua 13. Nestled in the green gardens of Kauai's beautiful North Shore, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo has commanding mountain and waterfall views while being just a few short steps from the bluffs above the Pacific Ocean, overlooking Bali Hai and the most beautiful sunsets on the planet.
You will be able to enjoy this retreat as you are cooled by the famous Kauai North Shore tradewinds which blow through the unit with its refreshing breezes. The decor is Hawaiiana; the condo enjoys almost 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, and perhaps the best of all, there are no other getaways above or below you, affording amazing quiet and privacy.
There are two large air-conditioned bedrooms including an en suite main with a king-size, pillow topped bed, and the second bedroom also includes a king bed. Perfect for a gathering of family or friends. This home away from home has so many features: a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living room area, flatscreen TV, free internet access, on-site washer and dryer, comfortable furnishings, and that is just the inside of the condo! Pali Ke Kua is one of Princeville's premier condo projects. It is located on the bluff above the Pacific Ocean and features a trail down to a private beach with some of the best snorkeling on the island. There is also a nice, updated community pool and an on-site restaurant for those times you just don't want to cook. Princeville is a planned unit community on Kauai's world-famous North Shore and has shopping, restaurants, hiking paths, and golf courses. World famous Hanalei Bay is a short drive down the hill and across the historic Hanalei Bridge. Our tropical world awaits!

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We found the property to be well maintain, quiet for the most part. The only downside is that the air conditioning was niot adequate,. It really should have central air rather that the in room units that vent to the outside (very loud). There is easy access to hiking and beaches in the Princeville area. It does take about an hour to get to the airport and then longer to go up the other side of the island. The island is lush and very beautiful. We all agreed it would be a place to return to.

The condo is nice, comfortable.
However the kitchen was very poorly stocked with normal kitchen cooking supplies. The upstairs air conditioner was basically just a fan, that bedroom was quite hot. The large microwave was not working.
Only had two beach chairs, should have four.

We had a wonderful anniversary vacation at this garden view condo. It was extremely clean and convenient. We didn't miss the ocean view at all and spent every morning having coffee on the patio enjoying the beautiful garden view. It is only a few steps to the ocean, where we were able to see the sunrise and sunset. The location is so convenient to all of the north shore beaches.

This place was everything and more for my family. Very comfortable and clean - the master bath was absolutely lovely and spacious. Our new favorite place to stay!! 🌺

A great and quiet location. Garden view was peaceful and tranquil. We’ve stayed at this complex before and had a view of the Ocean. But with the roominess of the condo and the private feel we had, we did not miss the view near as much as we thought. We would definitely stay here again! Don’t hesitate.

If you are looking to stay in princeville. This townhome is in a great location. You can walk across the courtyard to the pool and hideaway pizza is right there as well.

Very nice condo that could use a few things to make it great. There should be luggage racks so that the suitcases aren’t left on the floor. The coffee maker was too small, the lockbox was a pain, some additional kitchen tools like a spatula would help. Otherwise it was lovely
