The house is clean, in good condition, and very conveniently located. Had some issues with the AC but the team resolved them. Overall we had a good experience.
Our family enjoyed our time at the Hale Poipu Nani home. We had everything we needed, the home was spacious, clean, furnished nicely and stocked with cooking utensils, maybe could use a few more spices :-). The home had beach towels and beach chairs, etc. The hot tub was a nice touch for the evenings. Excellent location and distance to the pool and local beaches were easily walkable. We made many wonderful memories during our stay and rate this home AAA+.
Loved that toiletries/toilet paper etc left. Loved the snacks/coffee/etc that were left as we got in super late and were starving in am. Loved beach stuff, air conditioning, kitchen etc. well situated. Well appointed. Clean. Just great little touches.
This property is in a fabulous location, just off the walking path to beautiful nearby beaches. We enjoyed our private patios, surrounded by lush foliage. The home was roomy and comfortable for our party of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay again!

This is a great place if you plan on visiting Kauai!
We were amazed by this location! Is super cozy, it's in a very nice resort, close to the beach, close to some shops
It was super nice that there is a parking spot avialable and it's well equiped! we could find a few beach chairs, which saved us a lot of money . and we also left 2 umbrellas for next guests to use
The internet was good, we were able to work from the location

Morning relaxation in the jacuzzi, a safe and easy walk to the beach! Central location to visit the North shore and Waimea Canyon. Would highly recommend!

Hale Poipu Nani was the perfect stay for me and my family. The home is designed, decorated and detailed with guests in mind. We were welcomed by chocolates, cookies and granola. There is a coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs, soaps, hot tub, laundry, comfortable beds! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. We could walk to beaches and the Hyatt. Beautiful landscaping. Wonderful restaurants and shopping in the area. Hoping to return in the future! Mahalo!🌈🌺

This is a comfortable property in a great location. We really enjoyed the layout, the garden and especially the location on the greenwayt. Kitchen well equipped and the hot tub was great on the cooler days. The local contact was responsive and provided oven mitts and garbage bags as requested. That said, we were disappointed by some deferred maintenance: the fan and light over the stove (part of microwave) did not work. The rugs were stained and dirty. The couch was stained and dirty. And many of the blinds were broken in that you could not open them to enjoy the view. There were cockroaches in the bathrooms. For the amount we paid, we expected more.
Close to the Grand Hyatt and the paths through Poipu Kai. Quiet neighborhood. House is not a fully designated ADA property, but worked well for our party of 4 which included a mobility limited individual.

The home is nice. Rooms are big enough, beds comfy. Kitchen has all the appliances. Boogie boards+ in the garage. Hot tub is a great way to finish the day. Everything was clean.

It's a great rental; pricey but definitely convenient and comfortable. One thing you should know is that there aren't really any pantry staples, no oil of any kind or even pepper. Luckily there was some salt. Usually spots like this have a decent range. Just make sure to include these items in your shopping trip when you get to Lihue.

Pros:
- Nice clean house with short walk to shipwreck beach.
- Great master bedroom bed and bath with comfortable twin beds in second bedroom.
- Lots of space in the house with good kitchen, living and dinning rooms.
Cons:
- Major - Pull out couch in third room had a very thin mattress with poor springs so was uncomfortable for one and not an option to sleep two. Believe that adding a thick mattress topper would solve most of this issue.
- Minor - Kitchen had good supply of most cooking utensils but only four dining forks. Should have more for house that is intended to sleep 6.
- The dishwasher broke the first day and we initially struggled to get hold of the maintenance manager (took three calls) but after we finally spoke, they sent in repair person and had it replaced and agreed to compensated for the days without.
This home was centrally located on the greenbelt walking path, and only about ten minutes to the Hyatt Resort or to Poipu Beach, in the other direction. It was booked as a two bedroom, but the home has large common area to accommodate four bedrooms. One appears to be a lockoff for the owner and the other was set up to be a large office, but had a sleeper sofa. and could be easily used as a third bedroom. Lots of beach chairs, etc....in the garage.
