The rental was good but dated. Great location and easy to get to. All was good, even without AC, as the condo was pleasant and not too hot because the breezes were enough to keep the temperatures comfortable. We enjoyed the wraparound lanai as we had the view of both the mountains and ocean and could enjoy the sunny days on either side. One issue we had was with the TV in the living room. It was difficult to use as it appeared to only be steaming services with older movies and TV shows and no current TV channels. We had to watch real TV in the bedroom. Not exactly the most comfortable way to watch NCAA basketball. Would have been nice to have had some instructions if actual live TV was available. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
Good property nice area. It would be nice to have a little heat in the pool. All appliacences worked which was great. The master bed was comfortable a big plus as we were there 2 weeks

We had a great time at the condo. Clean and the walk to the pool was direct and easy to find even at night.
Unit was clean but the furnishings are outdated and not really Hawaiian friendly. The pillows were awful in fact so bad we hardly slept.
We are older and could not figure out how to access our own Netflix account everything was is spanish

There was only two of us but the apartment had plenty of space for 4. We enjoyed having the two balconies with different views and position for enjoying sun or shade depending on the weather. The location was great with shops and restaurants only a short drive away. You did need a car to drive to the beach and to successfully navigate the island. A cruise out of Hanalei Bay and a doors-off helicopter ride over the island were fabulous must do activities. We also did a day drive to Waimea Canyon (1 1/2 hours from Princeville) and found that to be incredibly scenic as well. Was easy to fill our week. Loved it.

This place was a beautiful haven for celebrating my birthday with my mom. First time Kauai, wasn’t sure what to expect, love the location, the view is everything. Super clean and pristine and spacious. It’s at the end of the road so it’s very quiet (except the roosters). The kitchen is a little outdated in terms of the wood and counters but the view and the overall zen energy makes up for it. Great simple decor and feng shui. do wish they supplied a few kitchen amenities such as cooking oil salt pepper the basics that a lot of other places offer, some kind of water filter, coffee etc. The beach chairs and towels are a nice perk. King bed is super comfy and soft, Murphy bed a little firmer. It was nice to have two bathrooms and laundry access... Would totally come back again, fabulous experience.

This was a wonderful condo in Princeville. Well appointed, super comfy couch, nice kitchen and spacious overall.The master bedroom was very nice with it's own bathroom and the bed was comfortable (slightly soft, but very supportive). Linens were also very nice.The 2nd bedroom had a comfortable mattress as well but the frame is squeaky. 2nd bath also very nice.The ceiling fans in every room were incredible and really moved the air well. Windows/doors on both sides allowed for good airflow and breezes to come through, not to mention gorgeous mountain views from every room and a small view of the ocean from the kitchen dining area. Sunsets and sunrises were really nice. It's a very quiet complex as well which was nice at the end of the road so no speeding traffic. Would absolutely recommend to friends/family. Not the property's fault but be aware the roosters really are EVERYWHERE and they like to sit below the windows and crow starting at about 3 am. Ear plugs were very handy.

In planning for a destination wedding near Kilauea we were looking for guest accommodations. This was a great choice. The condo was clean and ready when the rental agent said it would be.
The bed was super comfortable, unless you like a firm mattress, I slept like a baby hardly noticed the roosters after the first night. A newer Fridge with a great ice maker was awesome as was the washer and dryer. Location was great not perfect but great. Bedroom view of the mountains was beautiful. We were steps away from Turtle caves which did not disappoint on any day or time if day. It was a fabulous stay , not the Ritz but worth the cost. One small problem with a ceiling fan but it should be taken care of soon.
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the staff responded very quickly to a maintenance issue. I liked cooking with the new ceramic fry pan.

Very clean with comfortable beds and tropical breezes always keeping the rooms comfortable. Would have enjoyed bigger lanai so 4 of us could eat around a table. More information about the area would be helpful - such as the Adirondack chairs near the cliff for whale watching. Hard to correspond about non-working tv due to the large amount of cellular dead spots on the island. Texting would have been better than phone calls.

The rental was on the second floor and corner of an apartment complex. It was clean and comfortable. the washer and dryer were in great shape. The views were awesome. The master bedroom and lanai are where you wake up and see the views of the mountains. The dining and kitchen are ocean views. The dishes, silverware and cookware were clean and nice. Short drives to Hanalei and Anini beaches. We would stay here again. We rank it a 5/5.
