Alii Kai 1201 is a charming, comfortable top floor corner with a wrap-around lanai that offers spectacular mountain views on one side and ocean views on the other. It's the best of both worlds! Inside you'll find a comfortably furnished living room, full kitchen, and dining area for four with additional countertop seating for two. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed, which can be folded up if it's a working vacation and you'll be using the room as office space instead. Full guest bathroom is just across the hall. Free wifi and cable television are included. Internet is 200mb with apple streaming and netflix access.

This comfortable Princeville condo on north shore Kauai is a mile from shopping, a mile from casual dining at Hideaways Pub or oceanfront fine dining at the Princeville St Regis, ten minutes drive from the world renowned beaches at Hanalei Bay and Anini and (a treat for golfers) is less than a mile from the clubhouse at the Makai golf course. Whether your taste runs to the quiet contemplation of native plant botanical gardens, paddling along the Hanalei River, or more active pursuits like horseback riding or ziplining, it's all close by.

Once we arrived, we found that the condo had four beach chairs, three beach umbrella‘s, plenty of beach towels, and a boogie board available for our use. Having the washer and dryer available was an added bonus. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with all we needed for meals at home.
