    Positives: the location for this condo was great, just across the street from the beach. The shower was nice. Negatives: this condo needs to be upgraded, the beds is terrible and is 23 years old, it was so uncomfortable we had to take the top mattress off the box springs and put it on the floor. When we did this we noticed the tag on the bed said it was made in 1999. It is time to upgrade it. We tried to sleep on the couch pullout but it was worse. The kitchen needs to be upgraded. There were limited frying pans and they are wore out and old, the kitchen towels were more like rags that we would use in our shop. The couch was broke and we had to have maintenance come in and fix it, the toilet was leaking and maintenance came back to fixed it, we weren’t able to plug in our hair dryer into the outlet in the bathroom without tripping the breaker to the living room and bathroom. All the furniture is old and wore. We have been renting condos for over 30 years and this one may be one of the worst It was very disappointing.

    Much gratitude to the owners of this property. I had a mix-up that was my fault and was unable to keep reservation. The owners were very understanding and worked with me to resolve this issue very generously.
