Please check out my comfortable quiet (end unit, Building #5 2nd floor) 1 bedroom condo 2 baths (818 sq ft) with views of the pool, partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, recently painted, new carpets and conveniently located to everything you need, the unit is airy and bright with extra windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils.
My place is located across the street from South Kihei Road. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park 3. It's approx. a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. A short drive to the Wailea Shopping Center.
I have a king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also a second bathroom in the living room.
My place is furnished with good sheets, pillows, towels(replaced yearly), cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. I just replaced the sofa cushions and foam inside so they are super comfortable to sit on.
There's a washer/dryer is located inside my unit. . A trash room is located on each floor. I have a parking spot available for your use....

This place was amazing! We had a wonderful time playing in the pool and at the beach! The property was clean and beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands several times and this is not the most updated unit, but the kitchen is opened up and it has a nice homey feeling.
The main bedroom bed was comfortable and my teenage son had no complaints abou the pull-out couch/bed. The sun does come up on the bedroom side of the unit and the blinds to not do a great job of keeping the unit dark. I was glad to have my eye mask with me.
The unit is a little tucked away in the corner of building 5 and 6. There is a lovely garden view, but only a little ocean view. Most units in building 5 do have a full view over the gardens to the water and the sunset. The unit's location was super handy the parking spot and the pool if you are willing to take the stairs that are right beside the unit.
Beach equipment is always a guessing game in the units we've rented here. At the time of our stay (March 2024) there were 3-4 beach chairs, 1 boogie board (no leash), and a small cooler bag.
The complex is very well kept and has beautiful gardens. There is a simple pool, a family hot tub, and adult hot tub, a wading ppol, and a games area. The cpmplex is VERY popular with families with young children.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will keep coming back to the Kam Sands!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jack's condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed with everything you need. The view from the lanai is great. It's tucked in the back of the resort complex but close to the pool, which the kids loved. The complex is very nice as well. It's across the street from a great, kid friendly beach. We hope to stay here again!

Room was close to pool and just across the street from Kamaole 3. Myself and two daughters stayed in comfort. The two bathrooms is excellent for small family or groups.

My wife and I have stayed at the Kamaole Sands Resort numerous times and I believe we have just about stayed at least once in one of the 10 buildings on the property.
This unit is in Building 5 on the second floor, and a end unit which was nice as you have an additional window on the side of the living room. Another advantage is the end stairs are right beside you and the parking spot is by the stairs. We never needed to use the elevator. Its also about a 3 minute walk to the swimming pools/Hot tubs.
Unit has been nicely updated. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony overlooks the pool area which we enjoyed. Overall this unit would be our first choice to stay at Kamaole Sands we loved it, Also Kamaole Sands we feel is the best resort to stay at in Kihei, grounds are beautifully kept, BBQ Areas are kept spotless and BBQs are cleaned daily.
Swimmingspools/hot Tubs are open untill 10:00pm most resorts in Kihei close the at 9:00pm.
