The floors could of been cleaner but there is construction going on

Taylor was great to work with, and prompt with communications.The building is a 5min walk from the beach. It’s situated along Kuhio drive , and 10min walk to lots of shops and restaurants.The unit is clean and just what we needed. There is a kettle and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, just make sure to bring your own. Spacious fridge, stove and numerous small kitchen appliances. The parents slept in the bed in the bedroom (which was very comfy) and the kids enjoyed sleeping on the pullout in the living room. With the pullout open all the time, there isn’t that much space, but we spent most of our time out of the unit. The shower is situated in the water closet with the toilet, making it a bit tight (we had young children to help shower). There is an AC unit in the main living space, and ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep the unit at a comfortable temp.To note, all the amenities on the 6th floor are under renovation (start April 7). The notices indicate the work will take 10-14 months to complete.

The process of checking in was a snap and Taylor was a star on getting back to us. The condo is located on the floor with the pool and other amenities offered at the Waikiki Banyon which is a plus. The only thing that would have made it perfect is a little dresser of some kind in the bedroom to put some of your clothing. Plenty of towels, lots of appliances in the kitchen, and great beach things. A beautiful seven days in paradise. Mahalo Taylor
We were here for 5 nights, we loved that we could park our car in the parking structure and that it had a washer and dryer. We kept the AC off and the windows open when we were "home" and it was awesome! I saw other reviewers complain about noise because the front door is by the pool bathrooms but we did not notice any noise (maybe because we had the windows open). It can be a bit of a wait for an elevator at peak times of the day (however, one of the four elevators were out of order during our stay). Overall, this was a very nice and convenient place to stay, and we would stay here again!
Compact but had mostly everything we needed and the location was great. Walk to the beach and shops easily.

The Waikīkī Banyan is in a great location. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This unit is great. It’s been recently updated and had all the necessities. It is on the same floor as the pool and barbecues, which for us was a perfect location. Our adult kids slept on the pull out beds and there were no complaints. We would be happy to stay here again. A side note: google maps may tell you the Waikīkī Banyan is on the wrong side of the street.
Should have stayed longer. Loved that parking was available. Close to beach, close to eateries. Very clean and well appointed. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Great location. Easily accessible to get to other parts of the island. Comfortable bed. Quiet unit near pool and elevators. Easy communication with host!

Taylor is an amazing host - communicative, attentive and super nice! Our room was well stocked (incredibly so!) from dishes, to condiments, to towels to laundry detergent to shampoo and conditioner - amazing experience. There were some renovations going on next door as the building is doing renovations on the pool area but this didn’t bother us - the Waikiki area has so much to do and see, we were rarely in the room during these hours. We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we rented other rooms in the same building as we were attending a wedding in Hawaii and everyone agreed - ours was the best. It was well stocked, clean, had laundry (great bonus!), was on same level as the pool (convenient) and the landlord Taylor was so kind they let us check out later in the afternoon at no extra charge - excellent experience! The home is exactly as posted. Taylor was very communicative and helpful before we arrive and upon check-in. I love how convenient the location is to soo many places, especially the water. Definitely will recommend to family and friends and plan another stay!
2 blocks away from Kuhio beach Wakikii is so convenient. Downside is the business of the area. Chose your priorities.
First timers to Oahu will definitely enjoy this location.
Great property with easy access to the Rec Deck. Taylor was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Unit was not crowded but had everything we needed.
Perfect place to stay for our family of 5. Loved having a kitchen and laundry, plus lots of beach equipment (chairs, beach mat, beach toys), and the pool right outside the apartment was a huge bonus. Easy to park, and close to the beach and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a good place to stay. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and the unit is located in a great place....close to the beach, dinning, shopping and so much more! The actual toilet/shower area is small. Make sure the main door is closed all the way before leaving, sometimes it will stay open and not lock. The pull-out bed mattresses in the living room are pretty worn and could be replaced.

This was a great property. Well stocked towels, kitchen, beach chairs…it was very clean and well maintained. It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The parking was great to have. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a wonderful family holiday.
