Our stay at Keokis Kona Oceanfront condo was fabulous. The views were amazing and we had a wonderful time visiting with family during our stay.
The location on the water with the saltwater pool was great. It was quiet and the property was well managed.
The property is very nice. Can't beat the location. We decided not to move around spending a few days at different locations. I'm so glad we only stayed here. The drive to anywhere on the Island wasn't that bad from our location. Map a few things out in area you want to go and then come back to the view and comfort of this condo. We were all over the Island. Every direction. This Island is beautiful! The people were very nice too. We were blessed as well to view episode 16 Kilauea Volcano. The views from the condo are front and center to the ocean. So peaceful. The BBq pits were cleaned everyday along with clean up in sand area and pool. I wish there were a more parking but the few times we had to park outside the gate we had no problems. The property manager mother lives close by. We couldn't get the safe to work and she came right over. Lynne (mother) was super nice and I felt like I knew her for a long time. ha If I lived on the Island I'd want to be her friend. Property manager is lucky to have her help. The condo complex is very nice and well kept up. We never saw trash laying around on the grounds etc. It was stocked well and everything in working order. I know I bounced around a bit on the review.... but bottom line we would definitely stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.
You can not get closer to the ocean than this unit...the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was top notch. Keoki and Lynne were such a pleasure to work with and LOVED Lynne's Pineapple Infused Vodka. The saltwater pool is literally feet away as is the huge BBQ area and of course the Pacific Ocean. You do not have to leave the property to see sunset, it too is right outside you lanai. Thank you Keoki and Lynne !!!
The condo was exactly as advertised. The effects of the remodeling made it seemed like home. The location, right next to the Pacific Ocean lulled us to the lapping waves. Good value for the experience.
Well appointed and spacious condo with everything we needed. This place was perfect for our party of three and roomy enough to host nearby friends for dinner and sunsets on the lanai. Automatic hot water dispenser was super handy for morning drinks!! A very special place thank you Keoki for our memorable stay!

The place was perfect and the hosts were amazing! We stayed over Christmas and arrived to a big gift basket and wrapped presents for our kiddos! So thoughtful!
Condo has been completely remodeled, was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Lot’s of light and views of the ocean. Can hear the waves - nice patio facing the ocean. There is a shared pool right by the condo but did not have any issues with noise. Would definitely stay here again.
One of the biggest VRBO's in Hawaii, along the beach, that we have stayed in. Great location! The pool right outside the condo, with the waves crashing into it during high tide, was amazing to sit back and enjoy. Had a hiccup with the gate codes and people stomping around upstairs, but overall, it was a very nice, perfect stay.
My family of four enjoyed our first trip to Hawaii made possible by this wonderful property. My kids loved the pools and we loved morning coffee on the rocking chairs on the lanai. We couldn’t have gotten closer to the waves. We enjoyed the lovely scenery and spectacular sunsets every night. Would definitely stay there again.
This place is amazing! So well stocked with lots of supplies. Upgraded kitchen and baths. We sat on the porch drinking our Kona coffee, doing a puzzle and watching the ocean. So relaxing!! Then super close to all the restaurants and excursions. Manta Ray diving was super awesome. So many restaurants.that have porches on the water. Such an amazing place! Hope to come back someday!!
The unit is fully updated with new bathrooms and a kitchen.
The saltwater pool and ocean are right on your front door. The complex itself is old-looking and requires updating. Most of the time the parking lot was full and needed to park outside the gate.
Couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations and location.
Our stay at Keoki’s Kona Casa was heavenly. The condo is located as close to the breaking waves of the Ocean as possible. The L-shaped lanai overlooks the facility’s salt water pool. How amazing to begin the day watching the sunrise. And whale watching too!
The condo itself is outfitted with a complete and fully stocked kitchen, two big bedrooms, two nice bathrooms and a great tv sitting area. Keoki and his staff have thought of all the special amenities; in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. They also provided beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and pool noodles too. And the town of Kona is walking distance and also on the free trolly route.
We loved our stay. We did yoga in the morning, coffee/tea on the lanai, beach in the early afternoons, bbq dinners and watching the incredible sunsets at night. All while hearing the sounds of the ocean, day and night.
We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday at the condo that is paradise on earth. Thank you Keoki and your fabulous staff. Mahalo!
The condo is so well up kept and clean. The view and convenience of being right at the ocean for sunsets and sunrise is worth every penny. Cannot wait to come back…

Our group was Two couples staying. It was perfect with a fully stocked kitchen and grills outside we cooked every meal at the condo.
In unit laundry was great, air conditioning was nice.
Our favorite thing was sitting on the back porch watching the ocean, when we got here the waves were 12 ft tall and now a calm one foot. We saw more whales from the ocean facing pourch then we did on our whale watching tour lol. The ocean front salt water pool was great. If you get a chance check out Ali'i saltwater swimming pool about 200 yards down the road is a public access you can walk there, the pool locals and tourist hang out at, waves crash in it from the ocean during high tide occasionally.

I’ve stayed in this complex many times, but this was my first time staying in this unit. The owner is very helpful and responsive! The unit is newly renovated, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well supplied with the important necessities. I’ll definitely rent this unit again..

This property is AMAZING!!! Best unit in the complex. Everything was new, clean and let's talk about the view....GORGEOUS! Absolutely enjoyed my stand look forward to returning !

As we've stayed at this location before, we, obviously, enjoy this area. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Appliances were new as well as bathrooms redecorated well. Emails were promptly answered and someone was always available for any issue. Very relaxing with the salt water pool right in front, which we used quite a bit. Owners very responsive and receptive to suggestions we made. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Parking a bit limited inside the gated area, but there are plenty right outside the gate. Mahalo, Keoki.
