    Guest(s) must abide by the condominium HOUSE RULES and any violation by Guest(s) or their invitees are the sole responsibility of the Guest. A copy of the House Rules is located in the unit.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, including in the room and veranda. Violation of this rule is subject to fines and special cleaning if violated.
    Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed in the unit. Please remove outdoor footwear while in the unit, to avoid incurring extra cleaning.
    Please use curtain rod or pull when opening curtains, to prevent damage to equipment.
    Please close lanai doors before exiting unit, to prevent wind from damaging unit items and negative pressure from building up in the unit, which will make it difficult to open and close doors.

    For After Hours emergencies, defined as stoppage of the plumbing drain system, a water leak that requires shut off of the main water service to the residence to prevent serious damage to the building or furnishings, and complete loss of electricity, please contact Security in the Lobby.
