Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Knutson & Associates gave clear information prior to my check-in and responded promptly to my requests. My only problem is the inability to communicate issues without using my phone unless I pay roaming charges as I use only Wi-Fi when travelling to USA.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location. Beach chairs and boogie boards were broken. Coolers were dirty. Not as clean as I would expect. Sheets on bed were damp. Sheet on pullout bed was dirty. Would have liked another set of sheets at least. Air conditioner and fans were great. Everything was in working order so never had to call management which was really nice.
