    1-bedroom/1-bathroom second floor condo is located just 15 minutes from Lihue Airport in the lovely town of Kapaa. Enjoy mountain views and swaying palms from your private lanai. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the private lanai. The bathroom has a full sized vanity and shower/tub combo. Simplicity and comfort with a cozy living space, sleeper sofa bed, full kitchen, and dining for four and bar seating for two. One unassigned parking stall is provided. Enjoy any of the three pools on property, as well as community BBQ grill areas. Relax after a day in the sun with a window AC unit in each room.

    In the heart of Kapaa you are within minutes walk to a nearby stretch of beaches and the Coconut Marketplace with grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and shops. Centrally located, you can easily explore all sides of the island.

    Spacious apartment conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Each building has a laundry room with clean washers and dryers, but remember it locks up at 10pm. Both Safeway and CVS (Longs) are close by, which is handy. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

    we had a wonderful time staying in this cute little condo.. My husband and I would be happy to stay again. great location, walking distance to lots of shopping and good food.. November is a great time, we had no people on either side of us.. lots of privacy.. great price. .Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your condo.. scott and Cindy

    This place was great! It’s a bit older and the stove was fun to figure out, but it was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It’s pretty central to anything you’d need (Safeway, Costco, Target, etc…). The pool is super private and even though we passed people in the halls a few times, every time we went for a dip, we had the whole pool to ourselves. The grill worked fine and it was nice to have that option on vacation since we grill a lot at home. The only thing I didn’t love was the laundry set up. It requires an app and you have to load your app with a minimum of $10. We did two loads and still had money leftover on the app that we’ll never use. Not a reflection of the unit, but be aware.

    Place had everything you would need. Location was beautiful and central on the island so we could explore everyday. Easy to keep clean and perfect size for what we were looking for. Would come back again.

    The condo was perfect for what we needed. The location is great (walking distance to beaches and shops/restaurants, central location to drive to the rest of the island). The condo has beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler to take to the beach. There is also a pack-and-play. Would definitely stay here again!

    Great place to stay. Short walk to the market for all your needs. Also in the middle of eastern Kauai making it easier to hit all the sites.

    Centrally located, great beaches, within walking distance, shopping, food, bus stop. Staff was great room was clean even had beach gear and beach towels to borrow. For the price point this is an excellent place to stay. Clean pool and hot tub. The street can be a little loud, but with the sliding glass door shut and the AC on it’s easy to tune out. Oh yes, and a AC was great. A lot of properties here don’t have AC in the unit keeps everything at a great temperature. Also plenty of hot water for showers. Less than an eight minute walk from the front door to the beach and the sun rises are absolutely incredible. I will definitely be back!

    The only issue we had was the water draining slow from the tub every time we showered and the sink in the restroom.

    The apartment well equipped and reasonably clean. the nearest swimming beach is about 10 minutes away (by car). The view of the mountains was nice, but the traffic sound somewhat disturbing, you were not able to hear any birds. All in all a good value for the price. Old Kaapa-a town only minutes north (by car) and the coconut marketplace shops 10 minutes walking away.
