The location was perfect for our family since it was right on the beach and walking distance to different shops and restaurants.

We stayed in this condo for a week with our 3 kids. It was well stocked and the condo is in a good location. Restaurants, coffee shop and market across the street. It has just a sliver of an ocean view. The only down side was it’s close to the garbage shoot which can be noisy in the master bedroom.

Great location, fun hot tub, grills for cooking. Lots of pots, pans & all the dishes and cups you’ll need. Love the washer & dryer. Staff very friendly

Jan 2023 trip: Ok, to start, walking in and seeing the villa our girls jaws dropped and their faces lit up just walking in and seeing the view. That was a great feeling in itself. The Villa it absolutely stunning! The views of the sunrise every morning were out of this world. It really is enormous. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and all necessities were available. Ester the housekeeper was so very kind and warm, I enjoyed meeting her and hope to see her again soon. Illtyd was on point when we needed her. She helped us rearrange our schedule to accommodate shorter travels on excursion, and set up reservations for us for dinner. We were so great full for all of her help. If I could give more stars I would. The Villa is right in town and everything and anything you need or want is a 2-5 minute walk. The beach was about 10. It’s a perfect location. The pool is great, we only went twice just for a quick relax before dinner, but it was clean and perfect temperate. Yvonne was magnificent and communication with her was great. I will be recommending this villa to any person I know coming to St Lucia. We’ll see you soon Yvonne!! Thank you for everything!

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for 2 teenage boys, my husband and I. We were on Maui to watch a golf tournament so I can’t comment on the beach but the apartment complex had a good pool and there was plenty of parking. We had a minor issue at check in but Allen sorted it out quickly. I would recommend this place.

My family had a great time at this spot! The listing was 100% accurate and the host was very communicative and did a great job making sure everything was taken care of before we got here. The condo is updated, very clean, and comes with everything you’d need for an extended stay in Maui! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
To note, there is no AC which was fine for us because we had the slider/windows open the whole time we were home/sleeping and had the fans on at night too since it was warm but this did just the trick! So if you need 60 degrees to sleep, keep that in mind. You’re close to so many beaches, old town Lahaina, stores, and restaurants within 10-15 minutes in every direction! You also have a beach right outside the complex that has tons of lawn chairs, space to hang out, a pool, and bbq. Literally, everything you need is here and we highly recommend!! I also highly recommend more than this location is that if you love sushi, go to Miso Phat and if you love Italian, Sale Pepe. Just wow.

We had a wonderful stay at Allen’s property. He is an excellent host and was easy to communicate with!! The unit is beautifully renovated with modern stylish furniture and decor, and brand new appliances. It was incredibly clean!!! There were so many great touches like towels for makeup, small toiletries, beach towels, and a welcome gift. The pull out couch and beds were really comfortable and showers had good water pressure. TVs in each room have Roku with the various streaming services. Ceiling fans and a screen patio door keep it cool in the unit. The patio furniture is comfortable and there is a slight view of the ocean and pool. The beach is a short minute walk next door, and the breakwater and shady trees are great for babies. Allen had pool noodles, boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use. There are also lounge chairs on the lawn of the property and a pool, and restaurants and grocery stores are close by. It is nice that the unit is on the first floor closest to the parking lot and beach but the only very slight downside is that the master bedroom is close to the stairs and dumpster which could be a bit noisy sometimes. Our baby slept through it though and it didn’t bother us that much. Overall we had a excellent experience and would highly recommend Allen’s property!!

We stayed for three nights at Allens place and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Prior to arriving all communication was prompt and instructions were clear. We learned we were staying right after a recent reno, and indeed we found the condo spotlessly clean. The place is tastefully decorated and the lanai is particularly relaxing. Allen has sprinkled the place with plenty of thoughtful+friendly conveniences in the kitchen - utensils, cutlery, washing supplies, even some condiments. The beds/linen were very comfortable and the sofa bed is brand new. Finally we were a bit apprehensive about an older condo complex, but found common facilities well maintained and with easy access to a private beach that worked very well with our little kids. I should also add that while the kitchen was stocked well, you’re surrounded by great places to eat locally, including a farmers market, a seafood store, a food truck park and bad-ass (literally) coffee within easy strolling. I’m very glad we picked Allen’s condo in Maui.
