Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, along an ocean golf course and the Pacific Ocean with luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with picnic areas and plenty of grassy grounds for kids to run on. This gated complex has different views; ocean, mountain, golf course, and gardens. The private Ocean Club is exclusively for Hali'i Kai owners and their guests. The rental was in a great location with a beautiful pool area with food and drinks. Check in was smooth and the unit was perfect for a family of five. The only thoughts to make our stay even better, would be having the AC set a bit cooler for the evenings and some of the beach equipment updated and restocked.

Great location and amenities close by. Clean and quiet. Will stay again. Next time to just relax by the clubhouse pool and not so much site seeing.

Upon arriving there were a few maintenance issues that needed addressed and those were taken care of during our stay. We realize owning a home, maintenance, and getting quality workers, and delivery of items on the island is difficult.

A great setting close to close to great outdoor spaces is including barbecues and hammocks. In a great community with one of the best pool settings and bar/restaurant in the area. The unit was clean spacious and perfect for a family of 5.
