Had been staying the Ilikai and ended up having to stay a few more days in Hawaii. Found this hotel on Verbo for a reasonable price. Room is nice and a great location had some difficulty communicating with management company. It took several hours to over a day for them to respond, requested a late check out and they gave the impression that would be OK, they said to message them again the morning of our check out and they would let the cleaning people know. When I messaged them again, they said we could not check out late.
