We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. The resort property is older, but the pool was a beautiful place to lay out and of course the beach is only steps away! The condo itself is certainly one of the nicest at the resort. It’s been recently remodeled and is clean and modern. The views from the ocean are in each bedroom and living space. Within the resort the carpeting was being replaced in each hallway while we were there (which was needed). The condo has a closet with a cooler, beach items and even boogie boards. Plenty of closet space and storage. Beds were very comfy. I would have loved a ceiling fan in the main bedroom but we made do with the oscillating fan they provided. From the condo, you are walking distance from Times Supermarket, great coffee and a dirt lot full of food trucks which were super fun in the evenings. Also, the viral Maui cinnamon rolls are 1 block away and worth standing in line!!! We vacation in Hawaii every couple of years and Maui is one of our favorite islands. We can’t wait to come back.
everything was as advertised and even better then expected. We will definently try to book the same place next time. Staying here made our trip that much better!
We had a wonderful time. This property has everything you need away from home and it is in a great location. The pools are amazing and there are food trucks and restaurants close by. We loved it here. Would definitely come back!!
The Good: Kitchen was well supplied and the condo was quiet. The Bad: The view was mainly of a canal which is not shown in any of the photos. The balcony was very small and only contained two chairs comfortably.
We had a great visit to Maui. This condo was perfect for me and my three older children. There was minimal beach but that gave us more motivation to explore other areas and beaches. The property managers provided many amenities that you usually have to buy yourself. Thank you for a great trip!
Loved the decor. Loved the location of the condo. Clear and concise instructions. Great resort. A wonderful spot for my son and soon to be daughter in law to become engaged! Fabulous. We moved on for a few days in Kihei and immediately missed our cool spot! Enjoyed it.

We stayed for a week in early March 2025. The condo was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and we felt totally comfortable. The balcony was a great place to relax and talk with a view and sounds of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo.
We stayed for a week. Saw whale blows from the balcony and bedrooms constantly! The pools are wonderful, the drinks are fantastic. The condo had everything we needed. There is also a presentation each morning about travel experiences.FYI, you will need to buy a parking pass for the week if you have a rental car. Also, the beach isn’t very good for swimming, but there are many places a few miles south.

Beautiful condo and resort on the beach with kid friendly pools. Easy to walk to several restaurants (the pizza and shave ice spots across the street were delicious) and Snorkel Bob's. Great location. Was also nice that rental included a free beach photoshoot and a travel concierge to help organize/book excursions. Also very nice that condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use. We would stay again!
The property is somewhat dated. The grounds are in need of some TLC and the pools were dirty, like hairballs floating in. They don’t have enough staff and the wait times for the bar and restaurant was crazy. Staff was nice, just don’t have enough especially in busy days, like football. The unit was pretty dirty. The couch was so nasty we had to get extra pool towels to put down so we could sit on it. I understand it’s a beach house but it’s in need of a cleaning badly. Also, the AC vent in the master had black soot all over the ceiling where the vent Was. The floors were completely disgusting on. Heck in and needed a mopping. We didn’t wear shoes in the unit and the floors were gross. Tiles and grout need to be steam cleaned. It has the potential to be great. The view and lanais were great and updated bathrooms were nice. was
Kaanapali Shores was a very nice property, with a great location. unit 404 was very nice and convenient to the beach, with a wonderful view!
We had a wonderful time at Kaanapali Shores #404. The condo was beautiful, the views and sound of the ocean were amazing and the staff from Maui Paradise Properties was so accommodating. We cannot wait to return in the future! Mahalo for a special time in Maui!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Shores. The condo is nicely decorated with beach decor and very clean.
It was great to have two bathrooms, which had been updated.
The condo had all the amenities we needed. We relaxed at the pool or on the beach. The communication with the owner was excellent and check-in process went smoothly. We had a great time seeing and doing many activities on the island. We will definitely come back again!
