Simple and clean space. If you want the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Ala Moana you can walk to both.
Room had no closets, no dresser for your clothes, no table for your suitcase. One window would not close, which is as problem for an apartment on the 18th floor. The view is very nice, but traffic is noisy, esp. since window won't close.
Location is good, but inside unit the air conditioner was noisy and no drawer at all.
Great accommodation, excellent location, would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things I would have liked included such as clothes rack to dry clothes on, tea/coffee and extra beach towels but otherwise we will be back!!
Took five days to get tv sorted out as it had reset itself it turned out. I wasn’t offered any refund appropriate to not having tv available as I should have during those days. Not impressed with that.
Loved the window of this unit specifically! The curtains open all the way and you can look out into the city and mountains!

The minute we drove up to valet parking everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The entire staff was most courteous and helpful and never made us feel like a bother to them. Always greeted us with a smile. This hotel stay was the best experience in all my vacations. Otto Tuao in the pool area was very kind and accommodating us with clean towels. Cindy at the registration counter was so accommodating as I needed her to provide me some detail information about my itemized bill. She even did it with a friendly and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!
Our rental was clean and centrally located for walking anywhere we wanted to go. One suggestion would be a new mattress and a broom and dustpan for sandy floors. Thanks and we will be back!
