Lovely property with gorgeous views of the ocean, great location and perfect size for our family of 10! So appreciated all of the kitchen equipment provided for cooking, too.This was a perfect family vacation that we won’t forget.
My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped with many amenities. Our host, Gabriel, communicated promptly and well. We enjoyed the private pool and backyard area with the pool toys and outdoor games. We are a family of 11 which included our adult children and our 5 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided lots of space for all of us. The whole family loved the recreation area on the lower level and played lots of pool, darts & foosball. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance, dishes, all that we needed and more. We appreciated that the house was well supplied with paper products, laundry products, soap and other bathroom toiletries. This was a long awaited trip for my husband & I to celebrate out 50th wedding anniversary. This gorgeous home was the perfect place for our family. We loved Kauai and would love to return someday. If we do, I would want to rent this property again!

Our multigenerational family traveled to Kauai together and found this home that fit most of our needs! Excellent location and close enough that you hear the waves crashing! Beautiful pool with a spa but during our stay the spa wasn’t heated, and jet switch didn’t work. Overall you won’t regret staying here as it is walking distance to so much on the south shore! Gabe had great communication throughout our stay as well! Hard to leave the beautiful island!
We loved the home! We enjoyed spending time using the pool and bbq. Perfect amount of space for us. We hosted a tiny ceremony and dinner in the backyard for our wedding after 15 years together. We look forward to coming back in the future!
Beautiful property. Good location to beaches. Has all the amenities you would need. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the lanai. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. I highly recommend this place.
We LOVED this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. We were surprised to check in and find out that they’d put a beautiful pool in sometime after we’d make the booking. Bonus! The location was ideal- a short walk to the beach- and the house itself met every expectation in terms of size and cleanliness. Gabe was super responsive to some last minute requests and communication was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Gabe‘s home was perfect! The views from every room were amazing. There was plenty of room for seven adults to enjoy our time together and still have space to get away. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax in the afternoon between sightseeing trips. Easy walk to a beach where we could snorkel, view the turtles and eat shaved ice!Gabe was very quick to respond to any questions we had.Beautiful home and location. Would definitely stay there again.
House was gorgeous and island was exquisite. Many things to do on island. Beach is down road about 1/4 mile with turtles. House had everything that was needed except food. Great time had by all

We were able to make last minute reservations after another reservation had issues. The house was as advertised, although the fourth bedroom is in the house but have to go outside to get in. Clean, spacious, easy to check in and check out. Surf boards, chairs, boogie boards were a nice plus. Everyone was very happy with our stay.

Our family of 12 and all ages enjoyed this home so much! It is large and spacious for being together or find separate areas for some quiet time. The kitchen was well supplied and spacious enough for cooking together. The deck was fantastic with so much room for visiting. Having 4 full bathrooms and 4 half baths made it so nice.
Gabe was very good at responding to a couple of concerns we had.
Booking was super easy. The host quickly and smoothly helped us add another day to our reservation when I asked. The property was extremely clean. The cleaning/check out requests were minimal, especially for how luxurious this home is. I'm not even going to attempt to describe how perfectly gorgeous yet homey and comfortable this place is. It's even more amazing than the pictures and very reasonably priced for the area. Do yourself a favor and book a week at this house with loved ones, walk to Puka Dog, and enjoy the magic of seeing monk seals sleeping on the beach at least 50 feet away.
Mu husband and I had a lovely stay of 7 days in this house. We loved how it is close to the beach, to the airport, the stores and hikes we wanted to do. Gabe was great at communication and everything was exactly how it was described.
The house, property and location were all fantastic! Our large family of adults and kids had a great time! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were great for us to spread out and we loved the yard and games available!
What a great house. It is large, but intimate. The 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, were able to comfortably share the home. And, mornings on the lanai were a treat. Location is prime, as close to everything, but neighborhood quiet. Could not have been better.
This lovely home worked beautifully for our three family, three-generation vacation. The location is ideal, an easy walk to Brennecke’s beach area where there was great boogie boarding, wading, plus a chance to see sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals, both threatened or vulnerable species.
My daughter got married in Kauai, I had the 6 bridesmaids and bride staying here before the wedding. Her aunt and uncle also stayed there in the master bedroom. It was plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
We booked this home for our wedding reception and the few days before and after for ourselves and 6 other family/friends and it was amazing. We were worried some areas wouldn’t be big enough from pictures but it was an amazing space with plenty of room.
It could definitely get a little warm on the main floor but with the windows open and fans running it was manageable. The location is perfect and we’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a small event or anyone with a bigger group looking for a great location. Everyone had privacy with their own bedrooms and bathrooms.
It wad many of our first time to Hawaii, for my brother's wedding! We had the best time at Hale Poipu! The house was even better then described. Balconies were wondering for morning coffee and nighttime wind downs, yard was great for kids to play and we took full advantage of all the great sand toys/boogie boards at the beach! House is conveniently located near beach, stores, airport and shopping. Host was very friendly and helpful with all questions we had, couldnt recommend this place more!
For a party of 12 the house offered everything. Large places to hang out, fun activities to do in the yard, plenty of toys to take to the beach. A large table we could all sit around.
What a beautiful spot! The views are even better than the photos suggest, and the location—just a short walk from Brennecke's or Shipwreck—is perfect. The house is huge, with a large main floor with giant kitchen, DR and LR and a bedroom with ensuite bath (calling this bed a queen would be pushing it, but the view makes up for it). Upstairs has a gorgeous master suite, while downstairs is great for a family with kids, with a large family room, multiple sleeping options, etc. The fourth bedroom is downstairs as well, but separate (it took us a while to find it!). It's got its own entrance, sitting room, and bathroom and is perfect if you've got a couple in your group who wants a bit more privacy. We really appreciated all the extras for little kids (play n pack bed, crib, high chair, toys, etc). The grassy area (fully fenced) is great if you've got little ones that need to run, and the membership to the Poipu Athletic Club with its pool and hot tub was a big hit. And the owner was quick with his responses and accommodating when we asked to get in an hour early so little ones could nap. (thank you, Gabe!) All in all, a home run!
We were here for our wedding and had our family and their partners with us for the celebration. The house was perfect for our larger group, and we never found it wanting for size, location or accommodations. The cleanliness was not what we expected however. There was dust and grime present that was not in keeping with the overall quality of the property. The owner was informed and he expressed sincere regret. I have no doubt that things will improve based on his reaction.
Overall, it was an absolutely a wonderful experience in spite of some cleaning-crew issues. I would still recommend.
The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group. The four bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms were perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space/privacy. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai, which has a great view of the ocean and is a perfect spot for the entire group to hang out.
We have two little girls and we appreciated how well equipped the house was with beach towels, folding chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, surf boards, etc. We would certainly stay again in the future.
A beautiful vacation home near the ocean front with stunning views. Easy access to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Great for family, friends, and relatives to enjoy a vacation.
This home provides lots of gathering space as well as beautiful, private bedrooms. We could have sat on the lanai all week and had a wonderful vacation! As it was, this home was a perfect home base for all of our adventures. We loved being able to walk to beaches in either direction. One of our favorite activities was walking half a block to the Poipu Light in the mornings and evenings to watch the sun rise and set, look for whales and marvel at the surf.
Gabe was an outstanding host; he answered all our questions immediately. The house was just as amazing as advertised--a perfect location, spacious rooms, well-stocked, and very clean and comfortable! It was a perfect fit for our family! We highly recommend it!
