We have been lucky enough to travel to Hawaii every winter for almost 35 years. We prefer to rent rather than have a time share or second home, we have have second homes and it's not worth the aggravation. I understand property management is very challenging, but this place needs a new property manager in my opinion.First, you can't check in until 4pm, and check out is 10am, 6 hours for cleaning? This is the only place we have ever stayed at that doesn't provide at least the first mornings coffee. We had to leave and to to the store to get coffee after a long days travel already.We inspected the water dispenser on the refrigerator for cleanliness, but there was actual mold and it had apparently never been cleaned. The property manager said she would have the cleaner come and clean it, but that did not happen. She did provide a new water filter, which I installed, but the actual dispensing part was still gross. We had to ask her to provide some basic cooking utensils for our family. There was no whisk, no large frying pan, no bowls other than cereal bowls. She did get everything but the whisk, plus a griddle we didn't ask for and never used.The door handle on the front door was loose and about to come off, but I got a knife and tightened it up as best I could. She sent a repair guy to use a screwdriver to really tighten it up, but someone (the cleaner?) should have pointed this out before. Lanai door off living room doesn't lock, I told her but she didn't even respond.
Very nice. Several pools, including access to the fitness center which has a pool with a water slide. Great place. Perfect place for our three families to stay. There was 10 of us and we had two beds to spare. Very nice extended-family vacation spot.
This was the perfect place for our family of eleven, which included three generations (ages 10 to 70), to spend nine beautiful days on Kauai! The unit itself was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed to jumpstart a memory making adventure for our family. And Shari was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to respond to any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Shari was so great to work with and responded to messages quickly! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our extended family stay, which included grandparents and two familes with a total of seven kids/teens. This place was an excellent home base for all our island adventures; I only regret we weren't able to spend more time there and use the awesome pools! Would definitely stay again.
This property exceeded all our expectations. This home was the most well equipped home we’ve stayed with kitchen supplies, beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, cart, snorkel gear, umbrellas, etc,), towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Location is great with access to pools and beaches. There were 11 of us and we had everything we needed. Would definitely return.
It was a special celebration of many milestone birthdays and wedding anniversaries. It was also special to spend unhurried time with our children and grandchildren.
The house was perfect for our family of 12. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a very awesome vacation. We arrived late so we didn’t get our parking passes into the cars until the next morning which resulted in a warning, but it was soon cleared and we had no further issues. Over all it was an excellent experience
We all fit and were comfortable. Facilities complete.
This was our second time staying at this property. Both times we brought a group of 9 high school seniors. We loved all the space, they loved the pool and the ability to walk to the beach. the condo is well maintained. We stayed in 2013 and 2024 -- no evidence of wear in 11 years. Great place! Highly recommend for a large party.
Our stay was fantastic. The condo was so nice and well stocked. The location was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of everything we would need: beach toys, beach gear, beds, cooking gead, and space :-). This location is very walkable to multiple beaches via a walking path. Very easy place to let kids get their wiggles out.

We had a wonderful experience in Kaua’i. This property was in a great location. The house was clean and accommodated the 10 adults very well. The house was well supplied, and they had plenty of beach equipment on hand which was helpful. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from the house. It was a great beach for sunsets, snorkeling, turtle, whale, and seal sightings. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The parking was convenient. Our one complaint was that the air conditioning did not work.
