    We loved our stay! We arrived to find everything exceptionally clean and we were so comfortable throughout our stay. We were just steps from the gorgeous beach, where you can see Molokai from the sand. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We were also just down the street from the resorts so we were able to access those easily to eat or shop as needed. This was perfect for a couple and we would definitely return again!

    Perfect location for relaxation and sightseeing! Very well kept and offered outdoor chairs and boogie boards for the beach.

    This was a great place at a great price with a lot around. There was a park right next to it so you had expensive views of the ocean and scenery. Good amenities. I’d say the only drawback was no air conditioning but I was there in November, so it didn’t really matter. I will definitely look into renting this place again.

    It was as if someone forgot to include the things you need when you rent a place in Maui...a water tub at the front door to wash sandy feet; a door mat inside the front door; a place to store food in the kitchen; no plastic cups/plates to use by the pool; baking dishes; minimal items in kitchen, more needed; hooks on lanai for wet items; no dresser in bedroom; only about 10 hangers in closet - more needed; no working clock in bedroom; half the window and blinds were broken in bedroom; no BBQ utensils; no Kleenex to get you started; no counter cleaner; TINY TV in living room; RING CAMERA on lanai, and no parking pass for our car we discovered we needed when our time was almost over...other than that, the bed was comfortable, pretty location facing the park, easy access to the beach; pool was a nice feature. Oh, it would have been a nice touch a have a little welcome basket of 'aloha' items upon arriving like the other VRBO rental units had that we rented for family in the same complex this trip. Definitely in need of some more thought for things.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hale Kai. You can not ask for a better location, right on the beach. Sunset was beautiful!. Our place was clean. We have our own kitchen, microwave and fridge. I will be back again for sure.

    Place was exactly as described and actually more than we expected. This was our first visit to Maui and we loved the location. Everything was within walking distance that we needed. We did not expect to be able to see the beach from our patio but it was an awesome view and steps away to the park and the water. I would highly recommend this place for the price. Very clean and all the amenities inside the condo for a comfortable stay. The only thing that would have made it better is the place is pretty much set up and meant for 2 people and with 4 of us there was not seating for all of us with only 2 chairs for the beach, patio, kitchen table, etc
