Escape to Maui – This beautifully remodeled, oceanfront 1BR/1BA condo (1000 sq. ft. including lanai) is located on the 7th floor of the highly sought-after Lanai building at the Mahana at Kaanapali. Unlike the Molokai building, our AC will be fully functioning all summer! With breathtaking ocean views from every room, including the king-size bed, you will love the central AC, two TVs, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to an oceanfront pool, spa, and free parking—with no resort or parking fees.
Our unit offers a prime location in the Lanai building, which recently completed a roof replacement project, note the Molokai building will undergo roof work in 2025, causing occasional AC and water disruptions. This complex is hotel-zoned, ensuring it's always available for short-term rentals.
Relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean, sleep soundly on crisp cotton sheets and new pillows, and wake up to stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai, watching dolphins, turtles, and whales (seasonal). The queen-sized sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, so this unit will accommodate up to 4 adults.
We personally manage the condo and offer seamless communication and assistance with local support staff if needed. There are NO hidden fees or extra charges—just a direct booking with the owners.
The property boasts a pool, spa, and beach just steps away, plus amenities like tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Enjoy BBQs with multiple grill stations downstairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, including a Keurig single cup or carafe coffee maker, French press and bean grinder, waffle iron, and a full spice rack. You’ll find plenty of supplies for your stay, including soaps, laundry products, coffee pods, and more. Dine on your own private lanai, with breathtaking sunset views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You won't find a better table at any restaurant!
Additional amenities include a new 55” Smart TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, and for your beach time enjoy the chairs, towels, umbrella, and coolers we provide. You'll find our guest binder with updated recommendations for local dining and activities. Book activities at the Maui Concierge Services desk in the lobby for added convenience.

This was our first time in Hawaii, and I must say that this condo could not have been any more perfect. The view was spectacular and the condo had absolutely everything you might need during your stay. The location was wonderful. The property had a lovely barbequing area right beside the pool and hot tub and the beach was only a few feet away. This property exceeded all my expectations. I can not say enough about our incredible stay at the Mahana. . Jim and Crystal have done a wonderful job! It's impossible to go wrong staying at this condo!

This has to be one of the nicest locations on Maui. The condo is ocean-facing with a clear 180 degree view, and the building is just a few dozen feet from the beach, if that.The condo is exactly as described. Quiet, clean and spacious.We hope to be able to stay in this unit again next year.

This property was everything it said it was and more! Walked in to a clean, comfortable, very well stocked, nicely decorated place. The view is unreal! Full windows and perfect lanai look out onto the most gorgeous view of the ocean! Jim and Crystal are great hosts and have literally thought of everything. Fully stocked unit made our stay so comfortable and convenient. They were so willing to help us out with any questions we had about Maui, local activities etc. Fast to respond and nice people. We will be back!

Crystal and Jim's gorgeous and very comfortable beachfront condo exceeded expectations. The location is ideal...close to all action, but private and peaceful. The unit was beautifully prepared for our arrival, and the entire process of checking in was easy and very pleasurable. Crystal was gracious and friendly, and was focused on the quality of our stay. From the moment we walked in the views got us. It was absolutely beautiful with the ocean views. Our highlight was everyday around 3:00 the Sea turtles would show up and put on a show for us. They stayed for over and hour each day. The Condo itself was very well appointed with everything you would need. The chairs were a hit and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning to Mahana for our next stay. You can't beat the sunsets from the balcony. Thanks for everything Crystal and Jim.

Rented for the view and the condo delivered! We saw turtles, dolphins and gorgeous sunsets.
Walking distance to hotels with restaurants, and a grocery store and other food options. Driving distance to other great restaurants and excursions.
Condo was clean and comfy!! Wished there was a brita water filter since I enjoy filtered water. Just bought some water from the store across the street.
Very appreciative there were beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling gear if we wanted to use it.

This was the fourth time we've stayed at the Mahana in various condo's and this was our favorite by far!!! We love the location right on the water and easy access to so many things! Communication with the owner was spot on and the condo was very clean. They provided so many amenities, everything you needed was there. I was impressed with their beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They were in great shape just like new. Some of the other condo's we've stayed at provided beach items but many times they were worn and broken. Don't hesitate to stay at this condo, highly recommended! Thank you Crystal & Jim!

We spent three nights at Escape to Maui at the Aston Mahana in Ka'anapali, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The condo was spotless and had a cozy, homey feel. The ocean view was breathtaking, complete with stunning Hawaiian palm trees, dolphins, and turtles.
The lanai was spacious, equipped with a table, chairs, and a chaise lounge—perfect for enjoying the amazing sunsets. It does get a bit warm in the late afternoon, but the view more than makes up for it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed except fresh food, which was easy to pick up. The air conditioning was a must-have and kept the condo comfortably cool.
The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The condo was well-supplied with extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and even a snorkel for guests to use.
Evening entertainment options were plentiful, with a variety of books, DVDs, games, and puzzles. The condo itself was very spacious, and the welcome gift of Hawaiian chocolate-covered macadamia nuts was a thoughtful touch.
The owners were exceptionally accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late check-out upon request. The property features a heated pool and hot tub, though shade is limited.
The location is ideal, right at the start of a boardwalk that leads to numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We will be back!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, nice and modern. We appreciated the kitchen with all the devices we could want, along with the beach towels, chairs, coolers etc available. From the time we walked through the door we felt the aloha love and knew we had picked the perfect place to call home for the next week! Mahana 717 is perfect from the amazing views, to access to the boardwalk where you can get a bit to eat while watching the sunset, grabbing essentials from the local grocery store across the street, and getting in line at 7:00am for the best sweet rolls on the island just a short walk to Papi's Ohana’d! The condo was stocked with all the essentials and more! Thank you for making our stay amazing we will be back!
