We always offer a 5% discount for a 7 night or longer stay! This is a direct oceanfront 1 bedroom condo with 7th floor views -- you'll see the ocean from your king size bed! Enjoy central AC, two TV's, full kitchen, your own washer/dryer, an oceanfront pool, spa, free parking, but never any resort fees.

There's a roof replacement project for our 12-story building through Oct. 2024. The bulk of the work is completed (as of 9/1/24). There may be equipment in the parking area, and workers onsite M-F 8am to 5pm. Our recent guests consistently report very little impact, and our rates are discounted during this time.

Relax out on the lanai, on the chaise lounge or at the dining table, and enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails with the mesmerizing ocean in front of you. We visit our condo often to refurbish and maintain it, and we have many happy repeat guests.

You'll be renting directly from us the owners, as we personally manage our condo with wonderful on-island staff should any need arise. There are NO hidden fees, NO resort fees, booking fees, management fees or parking fees .

Mahana 717 is in the Lanai building (the north tower is the Molokai building) and is direct oceanfront, with sweeping views of the Pacific and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. See turtles, dolphins, and whales (in winter season) from the bedroom, lanai and living room through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, and will comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C, with large pool, spa, and the beach right downstairs. You can play tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard. There are two BBQ areas and plenty of free parking.

The kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig single cup or carafe coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, French press, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster, and full spice rack. You'll find plenty of supplies for your stay (NOT just a "starter kit") including soaps, shampoo, foil, plastic wrap, zip-loc bags, laundry soap, and paper products. You can choose to dine out, or cook at the condo...you'll find everything you need. Perhaps grill some fresh catch downstairs (try the local Opah, also called Moonfish), or get take-out, and dine on your own private lanai. Dramatic sunsets and the beautiful islands of Lanai and Molokai will be in full view...you won't find a better table at any restaurant!

During our fall '23 visit, added a new 55" Smart TV in the living room, you can log in and stream your favorite shows. There's a DVD player, another TV in the bedroom, two large ceiling fans, new washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, and many other extras to make your stay comfortable. You'll find beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and 2 coolers, and a personally curated/frequently updated list of nearby restaurants, shops and other amenities. You can visit the Maui Concierge Services desk downstairs in the lobby, to conveniently book activities and tours for your stay.
