This is the 2nd time we stayed here! Its a sweet spot that is conveniently located the room was clean andeasy to get into. My only complaint is is the parking situation. There’s not enough parking spots and the ones they have are very small. in the heart of Kona and close to everything.

Proprty was clean, bed was comfy and is right in the heart of Kona so could walk to restaurants. I am a tea drinker so having a kettle would be good.

I wanted a simple place to acclimate before moving on to other accommodations. This was the perfect place to gain our bearings for 2 nights. Parking sucked but was no big deal.

I stay here again and again. The location is perfect. The price is perfect. The free parking is perfect. The pool and vegetation is perfect. Its my fave place to stay in Kona.

I loved the location of this property and it was perfect for me since I traveled alone. The Pool was very nice and Studio was very clean.
