One of the wonderful things about this resort is it's central location on the island. It's almost the exact mid point between the Waimea Canyon / Koke'e park west shore area, and the Hanalei / Haena north shore area. When staying here, you're at least half way to anywhere on the island you wish to explore.
In the winter months, your lanai is a "front Row Seat" for watching the humpback whales that make Hawaii their winter home. If you enjoy walking along the shoreline, the beach here stretches for miles. Within minutes of the resort, you can visit Lydgate Beach Park, Wailua Golf Course, Wailua river, Opaekaa Falls, Sleeping Giant hiking trail, shops, restaurants, and so much more.

We loved the location and privacy this area provided. We were able to travel up to princeville and Poipu with a 30-40 min drive easily. The layout of the condo is perfect with a wonderful updated kitchen, front room overlooking the beach and bedroom with walk in closet and 2 bathrooms. It is very cozy and had lots of extras in the kitchen to use to make your meals and coffee. The balcony was nice to lounge on and watch the waves and enjoy the sunset. There is a path in front that you can walk or exercise on. Golf is close by and is a municipal course. We opted to play at the Ocean Course a little bit further away that was quite expensive but hey… you’re on vacation and it’s well worth it. We were a bit concerned without AC but we didn’t need it as the natural winds and fans in the condo are all you need. There are beach chairs and towels and snorkel gear there outside the front door in a big bin that was great to have. We had a minor issue during our stay but Chad went above and beyond to help us and made everything right. I would definitely go back and also consider staying 1/2 of my time in princeville and 1/2 of my time in Poipu next time. Overall I was very happy with my choice as a first timer going to Kauai! Thanks again Chad for everything:)

This is a quiet ,beautifully appointed one bedroom condo that welcomes you each morning with a spectacular sunrise.The beach extends on both sides as far as you can see. We walked and biked for miles from our unit Lydgate Beach is a five minute walk,and the Hilton is a 15 minute walk to a beach bar .Chad provides a large bin of beach chairs, coolers,toys etc. Check in was a breeze. Start to finish this was a delightful experience.

This unit was clean, well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible second level, (half a flight of stairs). There is a nice pool and a beach with (depending on the surf) swimmable ocean. The sunrise views were amazing. And I used the complex pool for physical therapy. Perfect for us. We stayed a week, should've made it longer. Aloha and Mahalo.

My stay at this condo was pretty awesome. I couldn't have beat the location or the views that it provided. We had one small issue while we were there. Communication with manager was easy and issue was quickly fixed. Highly recommend!

The condo at Kaha Lani was perfect. The condo itself was very well appointed but the view stole the show! We could not get enough of the lani that overlooked the ocean and provided beautiful sunrise vistas. We were a bit concerned that the condo did not have central A/C, but we did not need it. It was designed to take advantage of the cross breeze and we actually got a little chilly at night. It was in a location that made it easy to enjoy the whole island. We enjoyed easy drives to both the South an North shores. Highly recommend this rental!
