We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Ground floor unit opens up to the golf course. It was a lovely escape from the busy beach areas. I definitely plan on coming back.

This well-appointed condo is in a fantastic location close to beautiful beaches, the best snorkeling, terrific restaurants and shopping, but it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is steps away and the lanai provided stunning sunsets each night. The beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. Thanks for all of the beach gear and the great selection of family friendly board games- we had a blast!
Unit was fairly clean but some evidence of fingerprints on counter tops, walls. Response to requests for actions from Perfect Stays was excellent. Will definitely look to rent direct from Perfect Stays in the future.
Beautiful villa, right on the Kapalua Golf course with views over the fairway, ocean, Molokai and Lanai. Very well maintained, clean, with everything in the unit. My Perfect Stays, the management company, is great. Highly recommend...!

This condo is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen (a new refrigerator was delivered during our stay), relaxing lanai, and a parking space right outside the door. See picture-perfect sunsets every night from the lanai, second master suite, or living room. We found we rather stay in for dinner and have this spectacular view of the golf course and ocean than go out to a restaurant. We were grateful for all the beach gear: a large cooler, snorkel gear, towels, beach chair and umbrella. Kapalua is such a beautiful part of the island, away from all the tourists, and the slower pace here lends to a truly relaxing vacation.
First and foremost the condo was beautiful. It was spacious, well kept, and had everything we would ever need (the rice cooker was the icing on the cake). The location was also unbeatable. Walking distance to multiple beaches, but secluded and far away from the resort busyness. Going just north took us to a very pristine area, like Road to Hana but just less busy and just as pretty! There was also amazing snorkeling in every direction from the condo. Lahaina was just a short drive south, which offered a bunch of fun activities as well. We absolutely loved our time spent there and will be coming back very soon! All amenities worked great and we had no issues whatsoever. The hosts were nice, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for Maui trip if you want a good mix of fun and relaxing!
My family of five stayed here and it was wonderful. Location is great, where you can walk to beaches and there's a good selection of restaurants or places to eat nearby. Condo was great and had good amenities, such as the wifi was amazingly fast, AC was good, parking was free, and it was exceptionally clean, which is very important to us. Also, had beach towels and beach chairs, which was a nice touch for our beach trips. Washer and dryer were huge to accommodate a family of 5, where I didn't have to do multiple loads. Property management was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our stay was awesome and would definitely book here again!

We wanted quiet and peaceful and that's what we got. We weren't expecting a 5-star unit but overall felt the unit was just "OK". The master bed is incredibly soft, so soft and mushy that it took considerable effort to change positions. Also, the A/C was designed to not go below the low 70s so if you run warm, something to be aware of. A few lights were out in the kitchen, one in the ceiling and one that illuminated the cooktop. Would have been a nice touch if a small sample of local coffee was included (other than the opened can of Folgers in the cupboard), just to get through the first morning.

Really had a marvelous time. Condo is just as advertised, great two-bedroom floor plan. First floor lanai was terrific for coffee at sunrise or watching the stars come out over the water. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have some beach toys and chairs provided. Would have liked a couple more beach towels, but hard to complain.
Exceptionally clean and quiet property! We will keep this property number for future reference, would love to return! Spent so much time on the deck, enjoying the view, peace and serenity.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s on the lower level, right off the fairway with beautiful views of the ocean. We could sit out on the patio and eat breakfast and relax. The house was clean, full of necessary supplies and just as described. It was a fairly quiet neighborhood and we also frequented the pool just a couple houses down. Communication was excellent and we had a very good experience. We would definitely rent here again and this property made our vacation even better.
