    LARGE LANAI condo directly located across from beautiful Magic Sands Beach!!! (sands appear and reappear at this beach depending on swell and current). Come stay at this perfect beach condo that sleeps 6! This condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, also a queen sofa sleep (pull-out) located in the living room. The amenities are great with central air, elevators, outdoor pool, bbq area, tennis courts, sauna, pool table and tandem undercover parking and more. Located on Alii Drive close to farmers markets, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movie theater and golfing all in well known in Keauhou area.

    The living room is quite large with TV. WIFI, central A/C, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Do not fret over bringing your own ocean gear either. The home has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment located in the storage space by the parking stall.

    When you are ready to catch up on some rest, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a Cal King-sized bed and has an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a standalone shower and spacious vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A guest bathroom is prepared with a shower/tub combo. Pull out sofa sleeper located in the living room and futon located on the lanai if you want to sleep under the stars!

    Other great amenities are provided for guests at White Sands Village. There is two parking spaces corresponding with your unit (#324), a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ stations, and shared patio areas. A secure pass code is given for ease of check-in and added security.

    You will need to abide by the White Sands Village House Rules during your visit.

    Also there is a rental vehicle on property (in parking space #322 or in visitor parking next to tennis court) for rent which can be reserved on Turo platform (separate costs). It is a Jeep Wrangler 4 door convertible with 4x4. The vehicle can be found here at this HTML:

    The place is exactly how the place looks in pictures and or even better! The porch was a great addition along with nice sunrise views as well as plenty of seating room for all six of us to enjoy. The beds were comfy and clean, and lots of utensils and other common house items that were there. The mood of the place was very inviting as well as the people who were staying there made us feel right at home. The pool,hot tub, and beach were very well maintained and were wonderful to use! I would highly recommend this complex to others as well as stay again in the future.

    We had an amazing stay in this wonderful apartment! We stayed there with 6 adults, and yet there was still enough space for everyone. It had an amazing spacious balcony with a wonderful view and plenty of sofas and chairs to relax. The location was great, right across a nice beach woth a cafe and restaurant, close to downtown Kona, supermarket, stores etc. It was nice to have snorkeling and beach equipment, a lot of kitchen tools,… available. It was also great there was a washing machine and dryer available. Would really recommend this place, it made our stay in Hawaii even more amazing! Hope to come back here one day :-)

    This was our first time in big island. Travelled with a familiar of 4 with 2 kids. This was a last minute trip that we booked without doing much research. The location of this house is right on the beach. Doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. This is where we saw turtles and snorkeling was good because the kids could go early morning. Most of all we loved the condo. It was clean and had a huge balcony on 2 sides. One side was mountains and the other side was ocean. Enough towels, clean kitchen, good air conditioning ample space for kids to play!! What else does one need. We were very happy with our stay . Kids used to go to the beach with all boogie boards on their own from unit . My son loved the couch in balcony so much that he slept in balcony for 2 nights. The weather was pleasant and if u have not ever taken a nap in balcony watching mountains then this condo does offer the excitement. It’s a end unit with quiet neighbors. We loved our stay and would highly recommend

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal being across from White Sands Beach and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoons. All of the beach equipment available for use was really helpful too.
