The Papakea is a very special resort on the ocean that is centrally located in West Maui. It is very family friendly and comfortable. You have world-class golf, restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Papakea is truly the spirit of Old Hawaii. With 11 low rise condo buildings scattered across 13 oceanfront acres. It is set well back from the street but is still conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the ocean just a short walk to north Kaanapali Beach.
The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms. At dusk, every evening, the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property. Papakea’s location is as good as it gets!
The Noniluna Two is a unique oceanfront penthouse, featuring four sleeping areas: Primary bedroom on the main floor; second bedroom on the main floor; upper-level sleeping loft and sofa bed in the living room. This condo is 1200 sq ft. One of the largest at Papakea. All rooms are airconditioned except for one bedroom, which has a portable cooler. This is a perfect condo for families or multiple friends staying at the Papakea Resort. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. From the lanai, you are literally 45’ from the water. Upon entering, the first guest room is on your right with two twin beds. There is a separate bathroom outside the first guest room with a shower. Also on the main floor is the Front Bedroom with a Queen bed, a Twin bed and sweeping views of the water. . Upstairs in the open loft, you will find the Master (Primary) bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom..The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a Queen size sofa bed. Beautiful condo just north of Ka’anapali. Our family of four plus two grandparents spent all of our time outside on the patio eating meals or down at the beach/pools. Everything advertised was delivered in this condo. Great snorkeling just out your window. We saw more whales than we could ever count. A Hawaiian monk seal stopped on the beach. Lots of little restaurants nearby for food options. Easy travel to Kahului, Kihei, Wailea, and Haleakala. We can’t wait to come back again!

The only unfortunate part of our stay was that it was far too short! This is an absolutely beautiful place with the most incredible view. Being on the 4th floor really gave us the opportunity to whale-watch from dawn to dusk right from the balcony. Of course we went outside and wandered around the grounds and beach, but you could just sit on the balcony and be mesmerized by the ocean and the view of Molokai all day long. This is a terrific place to unwind and forget about your daily life — exactly what a vacation is supposed to be! We shall be back!

The place was amazing! It has spectacular views and it was amazing to hear the ocean while you were sleeping. We had eight people total and it had enough space for everybody. We were very lucky to have found this place.

The community grounds are lovely and the view from the condo is absolutely beautiful. We saw many whales from the balcony - enjoying our coffee and happy hour there was a highlight of the trip. The condo is well equipped with beach towels, linens, paper products and bath products. We had a very memorable Christmas vacation. Thank you Steve and Anne

We had a wonderful time staying here. You will not find a better view than this one. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and a true dream. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Maui.

The view was amazing ! We enjoyed how close we were to the ocean and to the pool. The space was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos, likely due to the mirrors in the unit. It is truly a beautiful space. If you are looking for privacy, this might not be the best place for you. We were with our adult children so we didn’t mind that you could hear talking from the other bedrooms. This could be a little awkward with friends. We would definitely stay there again and enjoyed the unit.!

Our host Anna(and husband) were awesome to work with! We did have one small issue with the unit, but Anna was so quick to respond and fix the problem. We LOVED this specific unit and the whole resort! So beautiful, CLEAN, super freindly EVERYONE🌸 when we come back this Maui, this is where we will stay again!
