    This condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. We could walk to downtown in 15 minutes. We love sitting on the Lanai and watching the waves. It was interesting to watch the cruise ships as well. We only used the pool once but it was nice. The unit gets a lovely breeze at night with all of the windows open so there was no need for AC even on some of the hot days. It was very convenient having laundry and the kitchen was fully stocked. Tons of beach supplies included, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels. Parking was easy as well.

    With the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean we were totally thrilled to wake up and have our coffee on the deck. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies for the ocean...coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels etc. We grilled in the shared area one night and ate under the stars. Bedrooms were nice and bathrooms were updated. Would definately return.

    Perfect spot if you want to be in Kona. Just outside the town traffic. Unit overlooks water and pool.

    The place was clean, items available like beach towels etc. a few items needed care ( loose towel bar in main bath , light by bed in room had bad switch ? ) really overall good stay . We could walk 15 min to close shopping. Great view . And ghe fans helped us stay cool . No AC.

    We found the condo well prepared for our stay. They even had Hawaiian music playing and the fans already on when we got there. Plenty of furniture, comfortable beds, and items for us to take to the beach. The place was great!

    My family & I really enjoyed our stay. View of ocean from lanai can’t be beat. Dolphins out every morning. Pool & hot tub were also fantastic! It’s a little bit of a trek to downtown Kona on foot in the heat so we only did that once.. luckily plenty of parking downtown so not an issue. Tip: I’d definitely recommend a grocery run to Safeway or Sacknsave if your just arriving to the island before checking in because the on-site cafe closes at 11:30 and no food really close on foot.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Sea Village for almost 30 years as the location and views are hard to beat. This corner unit looks to have been recently updated and provided plenty of comfortable space and extras including a closet full of beach chairs, coolers, bodyboards, fins, you name it.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay in Kailua-Kona last week. Although a bit tired, the condo was very accommodating, had a lovely view, and was very clean. We really appreciated the beach equipment available for our use. I do have to caution those who are looking for a quiet stay, however. The lanai is right above the pool, which was in continual use the whole time we were there. Because the condo does not have A/C and it was very warm when we were there, all windows needed to be open all of the time in order to keep the condo as cool as possible. There was noise from the pool and the parking lot all day. Luckily, there are quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, so that helped with pool noise in the evenings and early mornings at least.

    It was all as advertised, and we had a wonderful time. We used the property as a base to explore the island. unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy most of the time we were there.
