We loved our stay at Ekahi 4A. The condo was super clean, bright, and had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving week with four kids. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and we loved taking the path down in the mornings with our coffee. The lanai became our hangout spot every day (so peaceful with the breeze and all the greenery).The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple, parking was easy, and all the little extras in the condo made it feel homey. The AC worked great, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed since we did most breakfasts and lunches at the condo. The kids loved bouncing between the quiet pool and the beach, and we loved how close it was to the Shops at Wailea and our favorite coffee spots.It was the perfect home base for our Hana day, snorkeling, surf lessons, and the luau. Our family had such a great week here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

A family of three had a fabulous vacation at 4A in Ekahi.
The condo is conveniently located - close to the beach and yet away from crowds and noise. Sleeping in this condo is as good as it gets. Nice beds, good quality mattresses and pillows.
Views from the top floor are fantastic, while first floor lanais give a lot of privacy.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable and there is plenty of the beach stuff to keep kids happy.
My only complaint is lanai/balcony doors (hard to open) and especially screen doors (half-broken). If it's not for that, I'd give this unit a 5+ rating. As it is, it's going to be "only" 5 :-)

The property was as advertised. Great location, no ocean view, but close to main pool and beach. Very private and quiet with beautiful garden views.
Kitchen was well appointed. Had a small problem with Keurig machine and manager took care of it very promptly.
Only suggestion would be to provide written information on how to use the different remote controls for the different tvs to access streaming and cable.
Would definitely book again.
Never have used a VRBO, and first time in Hawaii! It was the perfect choice! Perfect location, and he provides everything you will need for your stay! I was so impressed. Clean and well furnished. I loved all the decks. I would definitely stay here again.
Check in process was simple and Judy was a wonderful hostess. She responded quickly to our concerns.
We liked the location which was close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
We had a comfortable and relaxing stay here with our two children (22, 19). The condo is well situated with easy walk to beach and pool, shops and restaurants. The beach was beautiful with morning shade and good swimming. Pool area provides excellent shade in the afternoons and base to watch lovely sunsets in the evenings. Condo is well appointed and clean, if a bit dated. I would highly recommend a stay here. We hope to return!
Would rent again for sure.
