Our Hawaiian Style Vacation Rental apartment is "Legally operated", and sits on Kailua Beach, one of Hawaii's most beautiful of white sand beaches, and rated among one of the USA's best.
The apartment is located in the front portion of a beachfront home with a beautiful view of Kailua bay. It has it's own private entrance and has convenient parking on driveway just outside the rental unit. The bedroom has one queen-size bed and over head ceiling fan for extra ventilation and comfort. There is a connecting private bathroom and shower supplied with bath towels sets an beach towels.The unit also has a dining table, TV with cable, and unit is computer “WIFI” wireless ready.
There is AC is available for cool air as preferred. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, large sink, Kreuig coffeemaker with 4 complimentary K- coffee cups to start tenants off, electric hot water kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes, and utensils. There is microwave cooking only . Tenants are responsible for their own food an beverages and all personal soap an toiletries.
Rental has direct side walk private access to front lawn sitting area where tenants can relax an enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Kailua Bay and Mokulua Twin Islands, with steps just at the yards corner to beach. The front lawn is shared with tenants of second rental on premise. For extra privacy during day, the unit window has been tinted at 82% view protection from outside, an inside there's partial view a full coverage shades for further privacy. Lounge & beach chairs are included for use at rental beach premise only. There are out side hose's and faucets for rinsing off sand after going to beach and swimming. There are convenient clothes lines right outside rental door for drying suits, towels, an clothes. No W/D.

During Christmas & New Year holiday periods - 3 weeks before 12/25, and 1 week after 12/31, we prioritize a 4 day minimum booking, including the holiday..
Arrival/depart fee: Christmas/Thanksgiving $50.
Rates are based on 1-2 adults and all reservations are booked on a “first come basis”.

This was out 10th stay at this property. Shari is great to work with. There are few truly beachfront properties available in this area andvthis is one of the most affordable.

It was nice coming home for our honeymoon, and some R&R. The view was amazing. Shari was very gracious. She always made sure if we needed anything to let her know.
We walked on the beach every morning. You couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s absolutely beautiful.

This is our second stay at Shari’s property. We love it here. It has everything we need for a very relaxing stay. Shari is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Beach is steps away and we loved waking up with the sunrise at our window. Can’t wait to come back

We loved this property! Being right on the beach was so perfect. This area is not touristy and really has provides the loc'd out experience. Loved the tiny kitchen so we could have breakfast out on the beach. We drove down to Lanikai for a beach day and had an amazing night over at Haleiwa Joe's. The only thing I would change is to switch the lightbulbs in the lamps on the bedside tables from blue light to warm toned bulbs, but we are sensi! Shari was an absolute delight and was so cool + great with communication. We will be back ASAP! Thank you :)

Perfect oceanfront efficiency suite just steps from the beach. Great location close to restaurants, Kona Brewery & the Farmer's Market. The Host Shari met us & was very nice. She gave several suggestions for places to visit.

Waking up, making coffee and sitting outside on the beach!! Unit is fine for two people. Clean place. A/c is somewhat loud but can at least be used to cool off the unit. Many fine restaurants nearby! A spot to enjoy the beauty of the water and to explore the island!

Perfect location on Kailua Beach. Beautiful sunrises and great swimming. The place is compact but has everything you need! Very clean. This was our second stay and we will return.

The rental was clean, had lots of dishware/cleaning supplies, closet space; the location and view from the window stunning. However, the rental is sandwiched between the host's home and another rental, and even shares sliding doors with both- one door just locked, and another locked with a sign saying do not open. The front lawn is shared between all, and the large window looking out, while partially tinted, shows right into the bed/living area and made it feel very un-private. The entry door has little window hinges that don't truly close either, which makes the rental always open to the outside, and the entrance to the other rental is right next door, another neighbor right across from the entryway. I was hoping for a private stay with my partner, but we didn't even feel comfortable using loud voices depending on time of day. I would book again because it was clean and the host was reliable, but only if I'm looking to interact with neighbors. Not ideal for a private couple getaway.
I also asked months in advance about contactless check-in, explaining that we would be arriving very late after an evening show 1 hour away, but the host didn't reply until the day of check-in, initially expecting to meet up to exchange keys. It is not set up for contact-less, so expect to meet the host and see them around, enjoying their front lawn as much as you hope to do.

We loved staying here! Hearing the ocean at night, waking up to that remarkable view of the beach, incredible sunrises and long walks on the beach. Also a short distance to Kailua town with shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and communication with the owner was very easy. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay with Sheri was amazing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.
