Kahana Manor 503 is a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests, which is located on the 5th floor, and accessible by an elevator. The remodel was completed in a way that is ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. For your comfort, there are 2 portable air conditioners in the condo. Dine inside or outside on your private lanai, a great place to enjoy coffee or Mai Tai! Step inside the open-concept living area; a nice place to relax after a long day in the sun. The kitchen features bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes, providing the staples of everything you need to make meals at home.
Slide the barn door to reveal the master bedroom to find a comfortable queen-sized bed and large mirrored closet doors. The ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled, features a large walk-in and roll-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by April 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***
Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

The unit is an older building that is lacking maintenance. The hallways were dirty. The unit, while updated, did not feel clean. Stained carpets, lots of dust and stained towels. The AC units in the bedrooms did not cool the living area. At all. And they are very noisy making it difficult to sleep. The barn doors are cute but offer no privacy. They leave gaps in the opening and they do not lock.
