U can't say enough about this place. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was pleasantly surprised that the check-in and out was so easy. Anytime i contacted the manager (1x before check-in and 1x during our stay) they responded back so promptly. The place looked just like the pictures and we were only a block and 1/2 away from the beach! I also loved that they provided beach towels and a body board for my little one so she can feel like she was surfing too.

This condo worked well for my family. It’s close to the beach. The pool area is nice. We were always able to park in the garage although our rental was oversized. The elevators are fast. There is some construction but it didn’t affect our stay. My only complaint is one of the sliding doors was off the rail so we could never completely close the bedroom off from the living area.

The elevators worked fine as we had no issues with them in terms of it being over crowded and having to wait for the next ones. The only slight drawback is the parking since it was always full in the evening and took a while to find parking in the parking garage. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Waikiki Banyan is in an excellent location—we have stayed there in the past. Housekeeping upon arrival was good. Enjoyed having a dishwasher. Found the couch, living area rug & beach chairs to be quite dirty. Did not have water in the unit the last 2days of our stay between 8am-3 pm. That was disappointing & inconvenient. Hawaii is always beautiful!

Enjoyed our stay in Waikiki. Condo was perfect, clean and spacious. Easy walk to beach, Kapiolani park, zoo, aquarium and countless options for food. This side of Waikiki is quiet and lovely.

Loved this property! Having a gathering area and kitchen was definitely a plus. Basic necessities were provided. Soft, comfy beds. Would stay again!

This was a great condo for our family of 4 (2 adults, twin toddlers). It is just as beautiful as the pictures. Great location; easily walkable to shopping, beach, restaurants. Nice view of Diamondhead. For us, the little playground was CLUTCH! Perfect for the littles on early mornings when things aren’t open yet. As for the reviews about the amenities, we found that we had plenty of paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. Probably light on shampoo/soap, but we brought our own anyway. My only suggestion would be that there is no baking sheet/pizza tray for the oven. Oh, and the garage is a tight 6 foot clearance, so make sure your car fits (we just had to put the soft top back on our jeep before entering). But otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay. Coffee shop open early, safe parking with no issues, clean room with amenities, and the elevators were not a problem at all (as some had mentioned). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property!

My wife annd I enjoyed staying here. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Parking is always a plus. The only thing missing is an ocean view. We would stay here again. The management was very responsive to our needs.
