Home away from home, I love the facilities here and the small private beach. Amazing views from the lanai’s.
This unit and property was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family! We loved the private beach access and the beautiful sunsets every night. The full kitchen was great for being able to eat at home or to heat up our leftovers. We also appreciated having laundry in the unit. The unit also had beach chairs, a cooler, some snorkel gear, and kid sand toys! The unit has parking right outside the door, which is a huge plus especially with kids. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The upper and lower lanais added so much light and the ocean views could not be beat! A downside to the unit was the noise. Because of the windows and construction of the building, you can hear everything going on outside and from the neighbors. When loud cars drove by, neighbors closed their doors, people were talking, or even snoring, we heard it all. Just something to keep in mind! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we came back to Maui!
The condo was very nice and well appointed it was stocked with the basics needed, the facility staff were friendly and helpful with any needs I would rate the experience an 11 out of 10 except it wasn’t very clean inside, I would highly recommend it

This condo is perfectly located for access to many nearby beaches. There is a nearby market area that has a few smaller restaurants, and a Safeway just a few minutes down the road. The condo is right on the water in a smaller neighborhood. This was nice because the area was quiet and felt a little more secluded than a hotel ever feels. The beach is just a short walk from the unit and has a small sand area that kids can play. During our time there the waves were coming up onto most of the beach, but our kids loved playing right in the edge of the water. Many sandy beaches are very close if you prefer extra space to play. Parking is right in front of the unit, and you can see the ocean from the top patio area attached to the Master Bedroom. The pool is perfect for smaller children as it has a "baby" swim area that is not deep and is separate from the larger portion of the pool. The unit had everything we needed for cooking meals, included a coffee maker, bottle opener, bowls with lids for storing leftovers, etc. It is equipped with small shampoos, conditioner, lotion, soaps and dishwasher pods. The property management company was also very easy to communicate with and provided us with all of the information we needed prior to our arrival. It was a very simple check in/check out process. The Gazebo and Tiki Bar restaurants are just around the corner. Both have good food, although you should go early to the Gazebo if you hope to avoid a long wait. We had a wonderful time!
The location was quiet and the beach felt very private. There is a small market a few minutes away so you dont have to drive 15-20 minutes to the larger grocery store.

This place is awesome for small families. It has a king-size master with an amazing view and another bedroom with two beds that can hold three people. The place was very clean, the management company is very responsive, and they check on you. There is a great small beach steps away from the condo with a small pool and beach showers. There is a filtered water station at the pool, too, which is great for filling up your water bottles. We would definitely go back.

Private beach and pool make the stay here absolutely worth it, Kahana Sunset is a wonderful property. Unit is old as other reviews mention, and does not have AC. A few broken fans, including the master ceiling which can make it quite hot with the beautiful large window facing the ocean. Some closet doors are also broken, and the cabinet in the kids room had a TV, but only wiring and the mount was left which made that storage area unusable. Sofas and furniture were a bit old and stained, but kitchen pots and pans were very new and nice. We had some issues with plumbing that MyPerfectStays addressed within one business day. Liz at front office was also so kind and accommodating to help us out with issues.

Our girls trip to Maui was great! We stayed 1 week in a condo maintained by My Perfect Stay. We were prepared for the condo to be dated so that didn't bother us as it was quite comfortable. Plenty of seating for the 6 of us as well as comfy beds. It was a little unusual that the bathrooms were both upstairs but not really a problem. Kitchen was a tight squeeze but again no complaints as it had everything we needed. Cleaning crew could have done a better job with some dishes and as others mentioned the ceiling fans were dirty, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very pretty and the private beach was amazing! Swam with 7 sea turtles right on our own private beach which was fairly large. We had an issue with our glass louvers on our door not wanting to close ( the mechanism appeared very old) a few minutes after I had gotten it to close I heard one of the glass louvers fall to the ground outside and break. I immediately got in touch with My Perfect Stays office and Jasmine called back right away and set up maintenance to come right out and replace it. They replaced the glass and the mechanism in a jiffy . Very happy with the great service. Would definitely use My Perfect Stay again when in Hawaii.

Great unit to accommodate our family of five adults. Two bedrooms and a fold out sofa worked perfectly. We enjoyed the location right on its own beach, which was great for swimming and snorkeling. Turtles greeted us at our first swim and you can see, and hear the parrot fish crunching away at the coral in the small bay. Our first morning we were greeted by whale spouts in the distance! Then we were surrounded and enjoyed spotting whales frolicking at any time of day from the lanais. The grounds are spotless and there is even a small herb garden with rosemary, mint and basil. A short walk for groceries, restaurants or snorkel rental.
Not only was the condo a perfect fit for my family during our visit, the location was even better than expected. A welcoming home and a perfect beach just a few steps away. We will definitely be coming back!

Great condo rental for a family of 5. Beautiful large ocean views from condo, great beach access and fun pool and outdoor area. Enough space for everyone in the condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location if you enjoy NW Maui beaches, snorkeling , and hiking, which we do!
The condo grounds were great with a little beach that was easy to get to. The pool was perfect especially the kid sized pool for our two year old. The weather was very humid so the condo was very warm during the day, at night with windows open, sliders open, and many fans on it would cool off. I would suggest if the weather is really hot to find a condo with AC. The management company was not very helpful if we had questions or called for any reason. Overall I would stay at this complex again.
Overall good; was surprised the furniture was older than expected from the photos and the mattresses have some sag. However, plenty of basic necessities were provided along with extra towels and linen. also very considerate to have beach supplies including boogey board for kids, folding beach chairs, and even a small cooler. No AC in apartment but plenty of fans to use to keep air circulating. Close to grocery and activities.
