Upon entering the condo you are greeted by a massive 30 feet of windows, offering a beautiful ocean view and an abundance of natural lighting. Steps from your front door includes your assigned, reserved and covered parking space. Shopping and restaurants are all within a leisurely walking distance.
An open floor plan is arranged with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and private lanai. The living room is furnished with three comfortable couches. When you need a quick break from the Hawaiian sun, get cozy on the couch with your favorite cocktail and chat with your loved ones. A flat screen 55 inch HD TV and 1-Gig WIFI is offered for your entertainment. Air conditioning is provided to keep you cool on humid days along with tropical style ceiling fans in all rooms.
Tucked away is an in-unit washer and dryer - ideal for wet swimsuits after a dip in the Haleakala Shores swimming pool. Alongside the living room is a kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances needed for a chef to whip up tasty treats and gourmet meals. When dinner is hot and ready to be served, call your family over to the dining table with seating for four. Alternatively dine with family or friends outdoors on your ocean view private lanai. This was perfect for our family. The extra two couches in the living room are the reason we chose this place. Everywhere else offered hardly any seating and we needed the xtra couch for sleeping too. Thanks for not buying the cheap wooden furniture that EVERYONE has. This unit faces the beach. Has almost your own private outside wash area and it’s on the first floor so out the patio door and out to the beach. These rooms are huge and the bathrooms had so many drawers and mirrors. Snorkeling stuff and boogie board available. Plenty of towels. The assigned parking is tight but they all are in Maui. There’s plenty of open parking close to the unit so we used that. They had a few welcome gifts for us, which was really nice. The guy managing it contacted us about a week before and gave us some welcoming info. Again a couple days before we got there and again the day we arrived, which was very helpful. Great place and management. Thank you for a great vacation!
