Custom home has spacious living areas on both levels with CHAIRLIFT access to the bedrooms and the swimming pool. Fast WIFI indoors and out! TVs in each of the 5 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. 4 full baths, game room & a 40'x16' pool. Launch kayaks from our private waterfront backyard (life vests/booties available). Mall, theater, restaurants, groceries min away. From your first inquiry to the end of your stay, you will be in touch with the hosts directly. We pride ourselves on offering a first class vacation rental, and everything is either done or supervised by the hosts, not a third party manager, so you can be assured that any and all of your needs and expectations will be met with kindness, courtesy, the desire to make this your best vacation ever! For anyone making a Christmas booking, you will enjoy festive outdoor lights and a decorated 12’ Christmas tree! Although we are not on property (you have this all to yourselves) owners can be called or messaged 24/7 before and during your stay and will promptly help in any way possible! A few days before you arrive to the house, we will send you your unique personal door code which will allow you convenient and secure access to the house and the property. Guests are asked to park on property so as to not to take up any of the limited street parking available for our neighbors.

The space:
Prior to the COVID pandemic, we enjoyed hosting a wonderful variety of guests from around the world, and were able to be on the receiving end of some very nice, positive reviews! With the onset of the pandemic, however, vacation spots needed to be more! They needed to become “work from home” spots, and places where friends and family could be comfortable spending lots of time in! Consequently we updated our home to complement this new way of life. We made sure we had fast internet throughout the property, from indoors to the water’s edge. We made sure we had comfortable work stations available in most rooms. We made multiple comfortable seating areas under covered lanais that capitalized on our location in a peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous views. We did our best to offer an ideal “work from home” situation: a great place to be where vacation amenities are right in your rental, with no need to share with other people you don’t know. Work from home, then take a break to swim, kayak, play ping pong, pool, darts… or maybe just enjoy the outdoor tiki bar.
