A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR CONDO...
Lokelani B205 has been in our family since 1976. We want others to enjoy our home away from home like we do. The condo had a major remodel in January 2017 for a modern look. We update something every year to keep our condo up to date. In the fall of 2022 we installed an air conditioner that cools the entire condominium. Ceiling fans & portable fans are provided. Each lanai has an outside drop down screen to keep the afternoon sun from directly shining into the condo. The downstairs lanai has 2 outdoor ceiling fans that provide comfort while enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
Lokelani offers you a dream vacation getaway. Enjoy all the comforts of home while you spend time in paradise. The private lanai (balcony) downstairs and the lanai off master bedroom upstairs have unobstructed views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. The sight and sound of the ocean are everywhere.
Our condo is supplied with the necessary bedding and linens plus it has it's own full size washer and dryer, laundry soap is provided. The kitchen and eating areas give you the flexibility to dine in or out. You can eat at the indoor dining room table or sit at the outdoor lanai patio set. For outdoor cooking barbecues are located oceanside and near the parking lot/pool. For those who prefer not to cook in our well stocked kitchen, there are many quality restaurants nearby.
Lokelani has over 1100 square feet of living space with the two bedrooms on upper level. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, television and private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit has two bathrooms with walk in showers (one on each level). The lower level living room has a queen sleeper sofa bed and large sliding doors leading to private lanai which overlooks the beach and ocean.
Enjoy your days swimming and playing in the warm Pacific ocean or sunning at Lokelani's pool. Wonderful sightseeing is all around. Championship golf courses and public tennis courts are only minutes from Lokelani.
WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

The condo was a dream. Stocked with a lot of dishes, plastic storage and pots and pans. Beds were good and unit 205 was great. However disappointed that there was no beach directly associated with the condos. Had to go to neighboring condo complex to get into the ocean. Pictures for condo beach access very deceiving. However thoroughly enjoyed our family time together at the condo

Lokelani - B205 was the perfect accommodation! We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with local goodies upon arrival. Our family stayed 6 nights and were very pleased with the comfy beds for a full night’s rest, the fully stocked kitchen to cook amazing meals, and the gorgeous ocean view. The location was great. We enjoyed walking for coffee, cinnamon rolls, and local food trucks. There were beautiful beaches within a 10-minute drive. Also, check out the Whaler’s Shopping Village when you stay. There were plenty of supplies for the length of time we stayed. My only suggestion is to bring additional personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion if staying more than 3 days. We will definitely stay here again!

Aloha - our family had a great stay on Maui and enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable using the A/C or letting the trade winds blow in off the water. Literally 20 feet from the ocean, the views are amazing and would expect epic times during the winter (whale migration).
I rated 5 stars across the board even though it's not perfect. When considering the cost/value, it's definitely a 5 star place. You'll need to drive to the beach and you won't be spending time at the pool, but the place is very nicely updated with all you would need from an accommodations perspective. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and loved congregating on the deck in the evenings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the location. Easy access, easy parking, listen to the waves all day long, beautiful views and very comfortable inside. I would definitely consider a return, particularly in the winter.

We absolutely lived on the balcony when we were there. We brought food in and ate meals there! Best views of whales. Saw a seal come to the beach and watched several sea turtles. Very clean and comfortable.

We saw whales and seat turtles every morning and evening from the balconies, a sting ray while snorkeling on the water off the beach and turtles walking up into the beach adjacent to the condo!!! This was a magical experience for us.

This was our second time staying in this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The added a/c was a nice touch as well! Having the 2 lanais, a washer/dryer, and all the kitchen amenities made it great. Add the beach and a pool downstairs and life just doesn't get any better!

This was the perfect place for our group of 6! We loved that the unit had air conditioning so we could sleep in the cold like we’re used too. Super quiet property, never heard a peep out of anyone else while we were there. This one will stay on our go-to list when we come back. Having a reserved parking spot is also a plus. Never had to worry about where we’d park like at some other properties nearby.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lokelani. The location was great for everything we wanted to do & the view couldn't have been any better. The unit was a good size, clean, & as pictured. We appreciated the beach towels, bathroom supplies, well-stocked kitchen & the little "gifts". We had a couple of questions & management was quick to respond. Be sure to check out Bad *** Coffee & the Farmer's Market close by. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Lokelani in a two story, two bedroom condo. It was well furnished and well appointed with great kitchen appliances. The view is fabulous and it’s away from the street noise so very quiet. This will be our go to condos in the future!

Five of us spent 8 wonderful nights at B205. The views, especially sunsets, were spectacular. The location was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was cozy and clean. The beach is small but the snorkeling was great. Lots of sea turtles to see. We did not make use of the small pool but that did not affect our overall positive experience. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

The positive - the beach out front and next door is really nice. Good sandy area, not too many rocks to navigate through entering the water and turtles come up on the sand to rest. The negative- the condo is really dated. There is no entry; as soon as you enter the condo, you have a bathroom to your right and the kitchen to your left. Both bathrooms are really small and neither is an ensuite. Wood paneling, carpeting with so much carpet fresh that you have to clean your feet every time you walk on it. They seem to be in the process of painting over obvious nicotine stains on the wall and trim and the living room couch also looks like it is yellowed from cigarette smoke. I guess that is why they had gone overboard with bleach. I couldn’t breathe in the place until we aired it out for several hours. I honestly felt like it was the equivalent of a Howard Johnson’s and it certainly wasn’t priced that way. Two bbq’s for the complex, both dirty and rusted out. I get that the salt air damages things, but just replace them every year for the guests if that is what is required.
