Wailea Elua is a gated 24 acre garden community of 2 story buildings, the least densely populated of any on the island of Maui.

    TA and GE Tax License #088-480-3584-01. Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, General Excise Tax of 4.166%, Maui County Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%, a booking fee of 6%, and a $156.25 facility fee apply to all reservations. As of February 14, 2023 this is included in the total due vrbo at time of booking. Bookings made before this date will owe the taxes directly to the owner via a payment app. Monthly stays welcome with a 15% discount applied at booking.

    Paved Oceanfront Path and Ulua Beach with great snorkeling, scuba diving, body boarding and swimming are steps away. Access beaches, resorts, spas, luaus, shopping, dining, beach activities and a grocery with a full service deli along this 1.5 mile paved oceanfront path. Spectacular location, amazing weather - luxury abounds. Our home is cleaned and sanitized using eco-conscious methods. All items in our home were carefully selected for usefulness, comfort and convenience.

    All guests staying will sign a Guest Agreement that explains the complete House Rules in more detail - regardless of signature, terms of the Guest Agreement apply to all guests. The GUEST AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AT THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Please complete the Guest Agreement within 24 hours of receipt.

    If you will be departing prior to noon please tell us what time you will be out of the condo on the Guest Agreement.

    If you need to check-in later than 4 pm, please tell us what time you will arrive at the condo on the Guest Agreement.

    Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm.

    On occasion, we can accommodate early arrivals or late departures for a fee.

    Wailea Elua does not offer storage of your items nor does it accept shipments for you. This is not a flexible policy.

    Elua Wailea is a beautiful property and Viktoria unit is extremely clean , organized with everything we needed for a wonderful week stay .

    Loved the proximity to the beach and beach walk. Wonderful views and walking access to all of Wailea. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend Viktoria and this property.

    Renting from Viktoria was amazing. We had everything we needed and she was very prompt with communication. The place itself is immaculate and the surrounding area is heavenly. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Extremely clean, beautiful location, and convenient beach, trail, & pool access. We appreciated the eco-friendly condo upgrades & the non-fragrance cleaning products. The owner is detailed & prompt to respond to requests or questions.
