This large home is surrounded by tropical palm trees and lush gardens with a quiet neighborhood setting on the Kiahuna Golf Course. You will be treated with spectacular sunsets, golf course views and distant ocean views. This home has everything you need including a private adult pool and shallow kiddie pool. If you choose to venture out, it is just a quick drive to all the world famous Poipu and Breneckes beach, shops, and restaurants. Located on a quiet cul de sac on the popular south side of Kaua'i.

Enjoy gentle Hawaiian breezes or turn on the cool air conditioning system while relaxing in this spacious 2-story home. The first level boasts a large split level living area, kitchen and dining, laundry room, and sliding glass doors out to the back patio with BBQ grill and swimming pools. You will also find a first floor King bedroom and bathroom with an adjoining den bedroom furnished with a full size bed for additional sleeping.

The second level provides guests with a large King primary bedroom and en-suite tub and shower. Access the outdoor deck from sliding glass doors and enjoy world famous sunsets, golf course and distant ocean views. If you must catch up on some emails while on vacation, the home offers an office nook for computer hook up. The upstairs guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed that can be converted to twin beds upon request (Housekeeping fee applies).

The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 6 adults beautifully! We especially enjoyed the lovely pool area. It was a bit brisk, as it was not heated, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a quiet stay just a short drive from great restaurants and beautiful Poipu Beach. It’s a quiet house away from the ‘hustle and bustle’.

The house is on a golf course, very nice area. The house itself is beautiful. We are a family of six adults. There was plenty of room for all, and spaces to be quiet to read or relax, but also areas to be together. Lovely pool area, perfect for everyone.

The house was exactly as advertised. We are two groups of family…spending Christmas together and this property was perfect in meeting our needs. We were so surprised to have laundry supplies and a few other comforts of home. The location was great for proximity to the airport, to shop, go for groceries. Really to go anywhere on the island is an hour and a half at the most. We would stay here again.

Great accommodations for 6 people. Great large kitchen and patio area. Only disappointed was not being able to swim, the pool was too cold not heated at all.
