This beautifully remodeled and spacious 1,000 sq. ft., one bedroom, and one bathroom ocean view condo are situated at the front of the resort overlooking Oneloa Bay and the island of Molokai. Enjoy beautiful sunsets & watch the whales breach from your lanai!

The kitchen and dining space are lined with oversized windows to allow lots of natural light and nurture the open, airy floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, and lovely seascape views! Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.

The bedroom has a King bed, and a small, private lanai space! The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, separate vanities, oversized mirrors and granite countertops, and personal sinks that offer plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.

Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!

1 King bed. Queen sleeper sofa. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.962% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
