The place was located in a great spot. Across the street was the beach and a few blocks down was the Maui South Garden Food trucks. Unfortunately, the place wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. The floors and dresser drawers were all covered with a red dust film. When I spoke to someone they explained that it is due to the winds. However, even the dresser drawers were dirty. I ended up buying products to clean the drawers before placing my clothes inside. I also mopped the floors as well. The stairs had nails that weren't flat to the floor so it hurt the kids feet when they walked up and down. The air condition in the bedroom worked very well. The bedroom upstairs utilizes the air condition in the living space, but it did get cool at night.The washer and dryer worked. The place came with all the necessary kitchen equipment. It was great they had beach chairs and beach towels. FYI, the bathroom downstairs hot water isn't as strong as upstairs bathroom. So if multiple people were to shower and want hot water, then use the upstairs one. The upstairs bathroom appeared to be a jacuzzi tub. The concern with the upstairs bathroom is that you have to step onto a small ledge before stepping onto the floor. The ledge can get slippery without an added floor towel. The bathroom shower in the upper floor can be dark once you pull the shower curtains closed. The downstairs bathroom was nicely renovated. Lots of closet space.

The condo was in a good location in central Kihei at the north end of Kamaole Beach 1. Property was a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach (we were in building 3 at the back of the property so took an additional 5 minutes). The unit was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 5-6 adults. Generally clean but downstairs bedroom had sand in the bedsheets when we arrived. Stairs could use some maintenance as nail heads were jutting up on some steps. Beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated but one umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used while the other was missing one of the spines in the umbrella top. Close to stores and restaurants. Overall good value for the price and would recommend as a centrally located place starting point to explore the area.

The a/c units worked well. Washer and dryer are showing their age, but this feature was wonderful to have. We enjoyed the location and unit.
Great location. Condo was in walking distance to the beaches, food, and coffee. About 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Really appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Would stay here again when we come back.
This property is exactly as described and met all our needs as a family of four with two 9 year olds. It was very clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and we especially loved the beach items in the closet for our use. The AC worked well, everything functioned as it should within the unit and have nothing but great memories from this trip. And the beach across the street is perfect for younger kids and boogy boarding. Highly recommend!
Perfect space for our family! Loved that we had a corner unit with a loft which made things even better. We had all the amenities that we needed and there was great communication with the management team. The linens and bath towels could use a refresh and the unit would benefit from a deeper clean. All in all, it was great!

With just a quick walk across the street you are at a beach! The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. This location was very convenient to drive around Maui and we had a great time here!
Great Condo, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and furnished with more than you would think. Great views. So glad we stayed.
