Not a relaxing place to stay. Couch is very uncomfortable, Loud Road noise all hours of the day and night. Walls are very thin, can hear everything the neighbors say. Poor lighting if you want to read a book. No air conditioning, and the fans don’t cut it. Frig does not get very cold.After a long hike (9 miles) wanted to come back and just relax, was not possible at this place. Will not stay here again and do not recommend this place if your wanting a quiet and relaxing stay.
Not good! 10 feet away from major road in Princeville, loud traffic all day and night. No view off deck, as in picture, due to tall trees, Poor decor, minimal kitchen utensils/meal prep items (a small Air Fryer would be good). Poor Cleaning, Fans were stuck on low, so place was consistently hot. 1roll of TP for a 2 week stay, not OK. I do not recommend this Stay.
What a GORGEOUS apartment! Loved the decor, the feel of spaciousness due to design, mirrors, layout, furniture etc. Had everything I needed. Laundry was an added blessing. And, a good nice walk down to Anini Beach via the Queen’s carriageway trail from the Westin carpark (also walkable!). Had a fantastic stay, would love to come back!!

Was able to book after arrival in Lihue 10:30 PM. who goes on vacation and does not book lodging well in advance. Apparently, we did! So we were delighted in that process. the room was fine, I don't expect everything to be perfect and it wasn't. Yet there was nothing significant enough that would diminish my experience on that beautiful island. There is no A/C. I didn't care but it might be an issue in the summer months.
This property is BEAUTIFUL, but the lack of indoor lighting is an issue and the constant traffic noise not only from one side but BOTH sides of the property and all night long is a constant annoyance! We had to close all the windows and doors to get any sleep. Otherwise, a very nice place.
Great little studio for vacationing in North Shore of Kauai. Nice pool too. Great beach about 3 miles away.
Terrific little place, the first stop on Ka Haku Road. So convenient to Princeville and Hanalei. Very clean and nice. Would stay here again!
Well appointed unit with everything we needed. Walking distance to Saturday market and Princeville stores. Nicely furnished but bed was very firm. Be aware that there is significant road noise although it lessens during the night
Love Poniolo! We’ve stayed here before, love ease of access to surfing. The condo was adorable. The only reason I can’t give all stars for cleanliness is the place looked like floor hasn’t been cleaned and there was food, a sauce container and other yucky items under table and behind blinds. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
