Oceanfront condo unit is fully furnished. Retro furnishings / vibe. Kitchen fully stocked. Retro appliances. Gorgeous Lanai (balcony) with table, 4 chairs and a padded lounge chair for drinking your Hawaiian coffee, libations and pupu's (Hawaiian for appetizers). You get front row seats to watch the mesmerizing sunrise or spectacular sunset and, during whale season, magnificent views of mommy humpback whales and their babies. An awesome BBQ area with two gas grills next to the ocean with swaying palm trees located on the lush lawn below your condo. You'll have tables and chairs next to BBQ's to eat your meals oceanside :) What a fabulous view cooking and eating alongside the ocean. Tiki lights at ocean edge are on every night. Our condo overlooks the pool, a lush grassy lawn and our rocky/sandy beach with turtles everywhere and then the serene beautiful turquoise blue Hawaiian ocean. Sorry no air conditioning, however, there are fans throughout condo in each room on ceilings and also desk fans in each room. Saving grace is that the tradewinds come thru the front metal screen door and on thru the condo and out the back screen door causing dramatic cooling in condo. Maintenance manager is on premises which is a comfort and we are in contact with him. Our condo location is centrally located on the ocean which is ideal for a starting point to see all the spectacular sites either direction on Maui. This condo complex is a far cry from a touristy feel. Rather, it is a quiet place so if you are looking to party this is NOT your place. Quiet times are 9:00pm and pool closes also at 9:00pm. No pets allowed. No smoking inside condo or outside on balcony ... however a designated smoking section area is located ONLY on the first floor. The property was clean and well maintained. The lack of air-conditioning was not a factor. There was a nice breeze coming in from the ocean. We stayed in February and were able to see turtles on the beach and whales from our balcony.

The property was as described in the listing and I feel good value for Maui. Beautiful grounds and view. We had rain which happens more in January. In spite of this we had a great time sitting on the lanai and watching humpback whales. The shore is rocky but you are just a 5 minute walk from 6 miles of beach.

Wonderful stay. Views from the lanai were excellent - spotted whales each day. Location of condo was ideal for visiting a variety of Maui locales. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities. Recommend this condo.

Loved hearing the waves and seeing the many whales from the condo. We enjoyed staying here as it was nice and quiet. The condo had all that was needed for us to cook a meal, walk to some lovely restaurants, enjoy an early morning snorkeling trip and visit the entire island. A great way to start 2023!!!

Our family vacation was perfect and it was largely because of this amazing condo. The location is perfect. Each morning we would take a stroll along the water on our way to the nearby general store for coffee/breakfast. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming and one even invited us to play golf! So great and would certainly stay here again.
